Our attention has been drawn to a statement credited to the spokesman of the All Progressive Congress (APC) Malam Bolaji Abdulahi, wherein he criticized the conduct of the elective National Convention of our great party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). It is indeed laughable that the APC which has roundly failed in not only managing the affairs of the country but also its own internal issues would recourse to panic mode just because the PDP has succeeded in uniting its fronts by conducting of a very credible elective National Convention. We were very much aware of the plots by the APC to scuttle the convention and failing it has resorted to a failed attempt to discredit an elective convention that has been adjudged as creditable, novel and laudable by political stakeholders and lovers of democracy across the nation. This unwarranted attack is only symptomatic of a party that has lost control and only clutching on straws for survival having been outrightly rejected by Nigerians. Is it not disgusting, reprehensible and embarrassing that the APC that has repeatedly failed to hold meetings, congresses and convention in the last three years and has flagrantly continued to violate its own constitution is questioning our party’s rights to perform her legitimate and constitutional obligation? Perhaps APC leaders have never read Article 25 (A)(i) of their party’s Constitution which stipulates that “the National Convention of the party (APC) shall be held once in two years at a date, venue and time to be recommended by the National Working Committee (NWC) and approved by the National Executive Committee (NEC) subject to the giving of the statutory notices to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and at least 14 days notice given to members eligible to attend.” Which impunity could be higher than APC violating its constitution? It is strange that APC could be moralizing on the principles of social justice whereas its actions against Nigerians are a complete departure from the norms. It is important for this spokesman of a failed party and his pack of incompetent members to reminisce on the needless pains and suffering they have inflicted on Nigerians rather than being jittery over the successful outcome of the PDP’s elective national convention. Nigerians have come to discover that APC is a fraud, an organization of deceitful characters who have failed to keep a single of its countless promises made to the citizens. It is no longer news that the nation is drifting under APC and the PDP has come to the rescue. We must therefore remind the APC that the era of deceit, trickery and scaremongering, which has been the hallmarks of their government, is gone and Nigerians are just waiting to kick them out come 2019. The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) National Publicity Secretary Aspirant, Kola Ologbondiyan has called on Nigerians to use the occasion of Eid-el-Maulud to renew their commitment to unity, patriotism and peaceful co-existence as illustrated in the life and teachings of the Holy Prophet Mohammed (SAW). Ologbondiyan, in a goodwill message on Friday said the occasion “offers us as Nigerians a strong lesson to rally together in faith, forge a patriotic formidable front, collectively rescue our nation from despondency and return it to the path of unity and economic prosperity. “Indeed, the celebration of the birth of the holy Prophet Mohammed, presents to us a key message on the triumph of faith over gloom and misery. The challenges and economic hardship, which Nigerians have been subjected to in the last two years, must not erode our resilience for which we are known, but a catalyst for a new beginning in our national life. “All we need at this point is to jettison our divisive sentiments, work together to overcome our imposed economic and social travails, and rebuild a democratic nation where no man is subjugated or relegated and where the resources freely given to us by God are effectively harnessed and channeled for the good of all. “Despite the disappointments, unfulfilled promises, constitutional violations, erosion of personal rights and freedom, and the hardship that have become the order of the day in the last two years, we must not discard our values, and we must not become dejected as there is light at the end of the tunnel. “We must therefore wake up, refuse to be further deceived and rally around that platform where the good of the nation and the wellbeing of her citizens are paramount”, the statement said. Urging Nigerians to use the occasion to further show love to one another, Ologbondiyan charged all members of the PDP to continue to propagate the party’s ideology of national unity, peaceful co-existence, equity and justice to all, adding that the nation is in dire need of such values. Ologbondiyan finally, urged all to continue to pray for the nation while wishing all Muslim faithful a happy Eid-el-Maulud celebration. 19th April, 2017 MR. BERGER ALFRED EMBERGA Ag. PUBLICITY SECRETARY ALL PROGRESSIVE CONGRESS BENUE STATE CHAPTER, MAKURDI, BENUE STATE. Dear Sir, RE: DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER OF MR. JAMES OCHE BY MR. BERGER ALFRED EMBERGA The above refers. We are solicitors and our services have been retained by Mr. James Oche (Hereinafter referred to as our client) on whose firm instruction we act. Our client as you are aware is a grass root politician of over 13 years experience which has earned him accolades and respect due to his integrity and conscientiousness which is without any blemish whatsoever. As you are also aware, our client was a Senior Legislative Aide to the erstwhile President of the 6th and 7th Senate, Chief Dr. David A.B Mark GCON and the Ado Local Government Consensus Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in the forthcoming Local Government elections in Benue State scheduled for June 3rd 2017. Our client informed us that you in your capacity as the Ag. State Publicity Secretary of the All Progressive Congress Benue State chapter granted an interview/press release on the 10th April, 2017 to some selected journalists both in the conventional news media (Newspapers and Television Houses) and online publishers about the fourth coming Local Government Polls in Benue State and our client, wherein you falsely and maliciously made defamatory statements about our client and his Principal. That we know as of fact that your statement is for and on behalf of the Party in Benue State since you signed off in your official capacity as Ag. Spokesman of the All Progressive Congress, Benue State Chapter. Our client has shown to us copies of the said publications (which are herein attached) both from the internet online news and some Newspapers as regard your defamatory comments made against him. In your official page/handle, you made the following statements: UN COVERED: PDP PLANNING TO CAUSE VIOLENCE IN THE STATE. “We wish to draw the attention of the general public and law enforcement agencies to the purported plan of the Ahmed Maikarfi led faction of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Benue State to cause violence in the state during and after the June 3rd, 2017 Local Government elections in the State. Sources close to the faction hinted that, there was a meeting of Maikarfi faction held at the residence of the leader of the party in Zone C, where they perfected plans to cause violence in the state, beginning from Zone C, if PDP candidates do not win in the forthcoming Local Government elections. The meeting which was attended by the former governorship aspirant of the party, a former speaker of the Benue State House of Assembly in the 6th Assembly, who hails from Jemgba and all the Chairmanship aspirants from the Zone in attendance, perfected plans to buy sophisticated weapons which will be used to cause violence in the state, during and after the 3rd June 2017, Local Government elections. Sources also disclosed that one of the Chairmanship aspirants who worked closely to the leader of the party in Zone C had told the gathering that already his boss has acquired a large number of sophisticated weapons which was enough to take care of all the Local Government in Zone C. The meeting which was presided over by the leader of the party in the zone, also selected fifteen (15) youths each for all the 23 Local Governments of the State who would be used to harass and snatch ballot boxes on the election day, and one of the Chairmanship aspirants of the party from Ado Local Government Area was given the mandate to lead the squad that will destabilize the peace and intimidate the elections on the day of election in Zone C, while the former governorship aspirant of the party who was in the meeting was asked to go home and choose those that would lead the squad in Zone A and B respectively We therefore call in our law abiding supporters to be calm as the matter has been reported to the Police and other Law enforcement agencies for appropriate actions. MR. BERGER ALFRED EMBERGA Mrp STATE AG. PUBLICITY SECRETARY ALL PROGRESSIVE CONGRESS BENUE STATE 10th April, 2017.” As the official spokesperson of the Ruling Party in the State with substantial followership, a good number of your friends and followers equally featured and/or published your interview/press release which gave it a wide readership in the print and electronic media in Benue State in particular and Nigeria in general and the list is increasing by the minute and same has satisfied all the conditions needed for a successful defamation case against you. The above excerpts of your interview is to all intents and purposes made maliciously to defame and denigrate the character of our client with the aim to injure our client’s reputation in the minds of right thinking members of the society generally and actors in the Political Space specifically. The ordinary meaning that will be ascribed to your statement by reasonable persons of ordinary intelligence is that our client is violent, criminally minded and that our client has no moral conscience and lacks ethical behavior. Our client has been inundated with avalanche of calls and emails from colleagues, friends, family members and clients who have read your defamatory press conference with the News and electronic media. By your libelous publication, our client’s reputation has been lowered in the estimation of right thinking members of the society which has exposed our client to hatred, contempt and ridicule and also impugned on our client’s character and integrity. We hereby on behalf of our client demand a written apology to our client and the same should be published in the same way and manner in which your interview/press conference of 10th April, 2017 was done. Our client further demand that you immediately retract the offending publications within seven (7) days upon receipt of this letter, failure of which we would have no other option but to seek redress in the Law Court. In addition, our client demands the payment of the sum of N100, 000, 000.00 (One Hundred Million Naira) as compensatory damages for defamation of character. Be warned that the said sum could increase if the publication is not immediately retracted. Further to the above, our client informed us and we verily believe him that he gathered from sources that the motive of your diatribe against his person is due to your party’s unpopularity in Ado Local Government Area wherein our client is a household name and the consensus candidate of his Party the Peoples Democratic Party. Our client further informed us that your interview is a precursor to your party’s evil plan, actively hatched and orchestrated by elements within the Benue State Government, in connivance with some unscrupulous members of your Party in Zone C to plant incriminating materials in his home in order to arrest and detain him in perpetuity on trumped up allegations/charges until after the elections must have been held. This is even more worrisome especially as that is your party’s new infantile approach to politics in Benue State. Our client further informed us that since your party the APC in Benue State realized it will be rejected by the Ado voters, who have borne the brunt of its misgovernance over the last two years, have resorted to a campaign of calumny against our client , and in addition, the APC in Benue State has now started to play its last card, which is to plant incriminating materials in our client’s home, and/or vehicles during preconceived searches and use same as evidence to effect his arrest and put him out of circulation until after the polls. Our client further informed us that there are alleged plans to stage-manage some high profile cases of violence and arson, for which he would be blamed and his coordinators and supporters arrested in droves, all in an effort to scuttle free and fair polls and declare your party candidate the winner. This is to say the least most wicked, mundane, callous and irresponsible and will fail. Finally, we put Nigerians particularly the Benue and Ado people on notice that with the desperation shown by the APC in Benue State especially in Ado Local Government Area, it is not unlikely that more campaigns of calumny, and falsehood would be launched against our client alongside physical harm, injury or assault on his person, supporters and properties, be rest assured that we will in all instances mobilize the full weight of the Laws of the land in the defence of our client. Be warned. “The world is watching”. Yours faithfully, For: JOSEPH OCHE & Co. J.O. Oche ESQ. 07036410329. CC: 1. AIG Zone 4 Benue State. 2. Commissioner of Police Benue State Command. 3. Mark D Ball: Abounu Admits Role in Suspension of 2016 Fiesta Organizers of Mark D Ball Annual Tournament yesterday reviewed the reaction of the Benue State Deputy Governor Benson Abounu, on the suspension of this year's Mark D Ball Fiesta and submitted that he (Abounu) has admitted he is the mastermind of the court action taken against the tournament. Ordinarily, one would not elevate the infantile and distorted reasoning of the Deputy Governor of Benue state Mr. Benson Abounu with a response but for the need to make the public aware of his antics. Recall that on Tuesday, the Mark Sports Foundation through the facilitator of the Annual Mark D ball tournament, Igoche Mark, addressed a press conference to announce the set back of the fiesta this year on account of a Benue state High Court injunction restraining the organizers from hosting the tournament at Otukpo Club 45. Igoche Mark did not mince words when he stated that as law abiding citizens, the organizers of the Mark D ball tournament have put the event on hold until all the court processes are exhausted. He however regretted the huge loss on account of the enormous preparations ahead of the tournament to include but not limited to monetary loss, hotel reservations, logistics as well as Socio -Economic benefits to the host people of Benue state and environs. Igoche Mark therefore assured of permanent facilities in subsequent editions that would not be encumbered by unnecessary political or legal bickering. For the avoidance of doubt, there was nowhere in the course of the press conference that Benson Abounu or any other member of Benue State government was mentioned. So, for Benson Abounu to rise in defence of the court action and stand up to deny any hand in the orchestrated plot to stop the hosting of Mark D ball tournament speaks volume. Is it not strange that the best Abounu or the state government can do in this circumstance is to mumble an inaudible denial of not backing the action of the person who went to court? When did the members of the Otukpo Club Trustees meet to initiate the action against Mark D Ball Tournament? It is also unfortunate that Abounu alleged that the reason for the inability to host this year's edition of Mark D ball is because of paucity of funds and corporate sponsorship . What a cheap blackmail. It is instructive to note that the 2015 edition which was the best in the series was organized at a time our sponsor Senator David Mark election was annulled. He was neither in the Senate nor was he in government then. Yet , the 2015 edition was a huge success. By now the crystal balls are now clear where the forces against Mark D Ball is coming from. One would expect that any one who claims to love his people would support the promotion of sports and other recreational activities for the people especially the youths this Yuletide and not to work hard to stop the only sports and entertainment programme for the people without providing alternative. Our consolation is that Nigerians and indeed the people of Benue state now know their true friend. We can assure our people that better days are ahead. Idoma students Frown On Accusations Labelled Against its Leadership Once again, the attention of National Association of Idoma Students (NAIS)...Worldwide under the command structure and able leadership of Comr. Agada Joseph Anyebe has been drawn to an online publication targeted at misleading our members and the general public. This, to the author serves as justification for and defence to our earlier press release in which we enlightened and informed the general public that some group of idle, jobless Idoma youth (non students) are disguising posing and parading as NAIS EXCO'S to defraud unsuspecting citizens and politicians by soliciting for financial sponsorship or support to host "ALL SECONDARY SCHOOL DEBATE" and "IDOMA SECURITY SYMPOSIUM" in the name NAIS. In our said press release, we advise Mr. Idoko Amedu; the gaffer of this group of IMPERSONATORS or rather FRAUDSTERS to desist from such criminal act or ready face the gravity of the sledge hammer of the law. It's obvious that Idoko Amedu and his cohorts haven read how we exposed what he and his group normally called #ALUTA BUSINESS #,instead of burying their head in shame has resorted to using the media to dish out a very weak, baseless defence and untrue, unfounded and malicious allegations against our amiable, outright and impeccable president just for Idoko Amedu and his ALUTA BUSINESS ASSOCIATES to gain another life line in the Idoma public gallery. Ordinarily ,it would be out of place to join issues with this group of fraudsters because our message has been passed across to our members and the general public that Idoko Amedu and his cohorts are not legitimate NAIS EXCO'S and the public is happy to receive such scam alert but the only compelling rational behind this piece is to clarify some misguided, baseless and mischievous allegations which lacks substance and with no iota of truth levelled against the leadership of this great Association all in the calculated effort to blackmail him and tarnish his hard earned image and reputation. In a statement signed by Ankeli Abel (acclaimed NAIS P.R.O), he made it clear in the second paragraph of his piece that they have sent emissaries to Nasarawa state University, keffi to ascertain and verify if our President is a bona-fide student, in his low sense of reasoning coupled with short memory, he forgot that their fact finding team sent to Nasarawa state University is yet to give them report or/rather gave them a wrong report and hastily jump into conclusion that Comr. Agada Joseph was expelled from the institution last year for Killing a fellow students and other cult related activities. Flowing from the above, any reasonable creature will believe that the allegation; Comr. Agada not been a student is just a figment of their imagination and on the basis of assumption and hearsay which is unexpected of somebody who claims to be a student (author) whom should be well armed with avalanche of facts and research work before publishing any article to the public. On this ground, we wish to state categorically that as at the time Comr. Agada contested and won election as president of NAIS in February 2016, he was a bona-fide student of theatre and cultural studies department, Nasarawa state University, Keffi and he only graduated sometime in September 2016 from the school. He was not expelled neither a cultist or indicted of any cult related activity through out his period of schooling as alleged by this mischief makers. It may also interest them to know that Agada is also a well celebrated students leader in the school as he is the number 2 man in the hierarchy of students union in the entire Nasarawa State. Agada's envious position as Director General, Action & Mobilization, NANS JCC ( Joint Campus Committee) Nasarawa State Axis stands him out amongs other "comrades" in the students union struggle in the state which earned him many awards and commendations. It is quite unfortunate that Idoko Amedu whom was expelled from Government Secondary school, Otukpo for his active and notorious presence in cultism in those days he was called "Mr Brown" is now pointing an accusing finger on our innocent and able President Comr. Agada Joseph Anyebe. It is a known fact that Amedu Idoko is a celebrated and dangerous sinister in the street of Otukpo. He didn't leave his cultism escapades in his high school, in the whole of Northern Nigeria particularly A.B.U Zaria where he claims to be a student, he is known for his sinister activities and he is presently under the wanted list of cult members by the school security, hence his hiding/relocation to otukpo only to sneak into A.B.U in time of exams. To set the records straight, he is a chain smoker which amongst other reasons made him disfavoured before the NAIS electorates leading to the emergence of Comr Agada Joseph in the February 2016 NAIS election. Mr Brown as he is called is a willing tool in the hands of many politician who feel that Youths that indulge in marijuana intake and cultism are the best instruments to use in perpetuating their sinister agenda. For the umpteenth time, the Agada Joseph Regime will not allow rogues to downplay the hard earn reputation of NAIS, and wishes to advise Idoko Amedu and Abel Ankeli to desist from threatening Authentic NAIS exco's and stakeholders with hidden numbers. We are not in a lawless state hence cultism and toutism must not be condoled. Amedu Idoko should be informed that his faulty background of been chased out of his family house by his father and mother should not frustrate him to become a perpetual nuisance to disturb public peace and commit crime at will. The allegation that NAIS election which usually takes place in December was postponed and took place in February because a well known politician contesting for Benue Zone C senatorial election promised the "Association "millions in other to mobilise support for him was not only a fabricated lie from the pit of hell but also laughable. When did NAIS suddenly become a political campaign organisation? This clearly shows that the architect of this allegations who claims to be NAIS EXCO'S are not conversant either ignorance of the aims and objectives of NAIS. We wish to use this previledge to sensitize them that NAIS is non partisan in politics and non sectarian in religion but determined and focus on promoting and protecting the interest, unity, development, welfare e.t.c of Idoma Students worldwide. We state clearly that the election was postponed from December to February because of the security challenge posed by Idoko Amedu and his armed group who threatened to spill blood on the election venue if the then president Comr. Igoche Egwa did not compromise the election in Idoko's favour. Has Amedu quickly forgotten that he offered Igoche Egwa #40,000 bribe to compromise the NAIS election in his favour? Instead of Amedu appologizing to NAIS members of the fraud he has been committing in the name of NAIS, he is busy cooking up baseless allegations and lies to mislead the public. The plain truth is that Amedu is just like the proverbial "pig swimming in the mud water and ready to splash that dirty water on anybody who dare advise or ask him to come out of the dirty water and enter the clean water pool". For time constraint, I will only advise the author of their article, one Abel Ankeli (self acclaimed NAIS P.R.O) that the legitimate P.R.O of NAIS is Comr. Olah F.E. Michael from Kogi state University and he should stop playing the role of P.R.O. We would have advised him also, to contest for that position in the forth coming NAIS election because it seems he is eager to occupy that office but the only limitation and impediment he has is that he will be automatically disqualify constitutionally and morally because of his status as a "GAY". This Abel Ankeli whom claimed to be a student of Benue State University, Makurdi is a known civil servant (maybe ghost worker) in the state whom has no moral locus standi to even accuse any body of any manner of behaviour because his status as a #PRACTISING GAY# is an abomination and a defile to the culture, integrity, morals, ethics and norms of Idoma people. In as much as we would not waste our time joining issues with this syndicate, we wish to acknowledge the fact that #IDOMA SECURITY SYMPOSIUM # and #ALL SECONDARY SCHOOL DEBATE# is a child of necessity but it is been hosted by illegitimate and unknown creatures posing and parading as NAIS EXCO'S. To this end, we urge our loyal members and general public to shun any invitation to this occasion and await the #MEGA IDOMA STUDENT ORIENTED PROGRAME# that we'll hold come December,2016. While we know and believe that Idoko Amedu and his cohorts are grunting and roaring like lions that have been chased from it's prey because we have exposed their illegal way of defrauding politicians and illegally putting food on their table, we put it straight to them that we are of the considered view of welcoming them in NAIS if only they realize and appologize for all their illegal act just like the biblical prodigal son. Signed: Comr. Oche Benard Ekwote. National Secretary General (NAIS) |
If there's anyone who has proof to remember 2016 september, His or her testimony has to be louder than the sonorous Hallelua scream of Chris Morgan who sang in different tune's to welcome his Daughter same day as he moves to his newly completed Duplex on the hills of Abuja early hours of wednesday 28 of september 2016. Chris Morgan who used to be a father of two boys Samuel & Caleb now has a girl. He sang joyfully in tunes and lines of gratitude with every word conoting thank you in different languages. When asked about how he feels he said, God really answer prayers through Christ Jesus, I asked God for a girl and he gave me, so I can't stop thanking Abba Father as my whole life reflects the blessings of his grace, I alone have thriple testimonies in a month when alot are going through trial times and all less than a week, two on same day so i'am overwhelemed, few days ago i was awarded for praising God in songs of worship as the Best Gosple artist of the year, though not the first but the timing with my moving to a new home and having a daughter same day feels just like a dream. May the good God of heavens, creator of the earth in his majestic workings grant you your innermost desires to celebrate this season so you know how I feel. few days from now we shall gather to powder our faces in a namming settings but Worship Nation who broke the News to Apples of Gold records says they have a gift for whoever guessed the name of the Queen right, {clue: infamous Female name in Hebrew, Famous in English}. Tripple congratulations to the man who worship God in ernest humility congrats!!! http://naijavoiceweb.com/2016/09/29/multiple-congratulations-to-chris-morgan-as-wife-delivers-a-baby-girl/

REFERENCE TO PAST ACTIONS OF GOVERNMENTS DOESN'T AMOUNT TO BLAME GAMES. BY COMR.EKERE ANTHONY ABAH. Nigerians has shown and are still showing their frustration over the economic holocaust that has banqueted the country's polity since the APC led federal government assumed office in May 2015. Consequently, the very popular change and said baba mantra has been mimic and turn into new slogans to expressed the said frustration; Baba go slow, All Promises Cancelled, Change the Change among others are some of those mimicking slogans, they went vara same way the APC change mantra did prior to the 2015 elections. This is understandable, partly because price of commodities and services has gone up, while income remain stable and declined in some case. Secondly, the PDP got over 12million votes in the 2015 presidential election and if this number decide to promote this mimicking campaigns the result will still be more than what is currently experience. In response to what APC view as unfair analysis and poor sense of judgement, the party constantly makes reference to past mistakes of governments as the root causes of the current crisis and went further to demand support as they reinstate the change agender as real and attainable. APC response has created a new direction in the arguments. Public commentator view their response a Blame Games and since the change promise aimed at resolving problems, APC should provide the solutions and stop the blame games. The one million question is, can you provides solution for the present without critical analysis of the past? We can't understand the present without a lucid analysis of the past. Though this government must take more steps to rescue the economy no matter what has happened in the past but we must not fail to understand that, in all the ati-change criticism or bad economy analytical perspective, only few has pointed what this government is doing wrong and what aught to be done, tumps up for the emir of Kano Sanusi Lamido Sanusi and those in his school of thought for the critical but fair criticisms. In a world economy deriving by free market mechanism with little government regulatory actions, all government policies regarding business should look towards deregulation and this government has done that by deregulating that of the financial market and petrol to some extend adding to Jonathan's administration effort in this direction. unfortunately the naira could not stand, partly because; the past governments failed to save and secondly the real export product (crude oil) which Nigeria had depend on all along is facing price crash. There is urgent need for increasing domestic productivity which is not a duty of only government but all Nigerians as both producers and consumers of domestic products. What we see now is the true nature of the Nigeria economy, this government has not done badly, they has shown so far the political will to implement policies that past administrations shy away from not to loose vote. The TSA, BVN and Deregulation of both oil and financial sector was initiated by the GEJ administration but the fact is, they knew that implementing it will necessarily amount to a repressive economy, which of course will have a good end in the future but will be detrimental to their reelection bead in the immediate. And as politicians, the rather think of the next election than being a state men that will prioritized the welfare of the next generations. It is that political will that this government has so far shown (Flowing from Kennedy's position). Is too early to said the govt. has failed or succeed in those policies especially that of currency but it's fact that the government has proved they has the capacity to make strong decision and not to dance to what ever street analysis that comes up as it were in the last administration. The only shortcut out of this recession is to accept the reality and embrace the change begins with me campaign. It there means that we must take Baba Fela and African China's advise serious now. Fela has advice teachers to stop teaching nonsense. The number one teacher in any society is the parents, follow by religious leader, schools, media and public analyst etc. Every decadence in the Society shows a failure of the foregoing socialization agent. Consequently, the correction process will start from there as well. The government must continue to support both public and private efforts towards value reorientation, create a reward and punishment system for both compliance and otherwise respectively. African China has advised in the past that the way forward is rooted in his concept of "Mr President, lead us well, Mr Governor, govern us well, Mr Senator, senate am well, Mr police, police well well no dey take bribe" This time for all of us to do our beadings by complying with the institutionalized defined forms of values. The government of day must move beyond their hope on the fear of Buhari phenomena in fighting corruption. Have you been wondering if your girlfriend is someone you should settle with in future? then check this out!! 1. She is independent An independent woman is a good choice because you know that she will not rely on you to keep her happy, occupied, and taken care of. An independent woman wants you rather than needs you; she doesn’t freak out if she doesn’t hear from you for a day, and won’t be clingy or demanding of your time. This kind of woman will make a better wife than one who requires constant attention and reassurance. An independent woman is strong, confident, and not afraid to be alone. Understand that interdependency is healthy. The kind of independence your wife should have concerns her ability to fully function on her own. But, she also knows how to reach for you when she does need you and can depend on you emotionally. 2. She is level-headed A woman who is level-headed is much more appealing than one who is frustrated by every minor issue. You want a woman who will remain reasonably calm in stressful situations. This does not mean she will be perfect and never get upset, but she will not lose her cool at everything that goes wrong. She knows how to handle her emotions and thinks before she speaks. You should also feel that she is a good resource for times when you might be under stress. You can count on her abilities, intelligence and thoughts when you can’t. 3. She’s low-maintenance Just because a woman is low-maintenance doesn’t mean she doesn’t care about herself at all, but she won’t spend hours getting ready for a date. A low-maintenance woman doesn’t pile on the makeup, spend too much money on shoes and clothes, or need constant reminders that you love the way she looks. She takes pride in the way she looks without going overboard. A high maintenance woman may not be with you through thick and thin. What happens when you can’t maintain her lifestyle? You should not worry that this person will leave you or look elsewhere to keep her expensive habits going. 4. She supports your goals A woman who supports your personal and career goals will make a good wife. This type of woman understands that not everything will be about her or you as a couple. While you both will have individual goals, she will be by your side cheering you in your efforts. She won’t feel threatened by the time and energy you put into achieving your goals because she will have her own. Your goals should also mesh nicely. They should not be so divergent as to cause a rift between you both. Knowing your spouse supports will help you meet those goals as well. 5. She stands up for herself Whether she is standing up to you, a family member, or a friend, you want a woman who will not let people treat her badly. You do not want a woman who will accept your bad behavior toward her or in general. You will likely loose respect for her. A woman who stands up for herself has confidence in herself and will not let anyone abuse her, talk down to her, or act as though her opinions don’t matter. If you want to get married, it’s important to look for qualities that show the woman you are dating is a capable of being alone, strong, and responsible. Getting married is nothing to take lightly and you want to make the best decision for your life. http://naijavoiceweb.com/2016/08/23/checkout-this-5-outstanding-qualities-of-a-girl-you-should-settle-with/
