"A special one
Man Utd 0-2 Newcastle
Manchester United have conceded two goals in the opening 10 minutes of a Premier League game at Old Trafford for the very first time"

Our people make one parable say who never live life finish no dey laugh who get one eye because the person fit lose him own two eyes tomorrow.

This is what the Arsenals had to live with for most of the latter part of Arsene's reign and it truly was depressing.

Morinho is now the "special none" and has successfully converted Sanchez to Pius Ikedia.

This is a pay back to Man U for scamming Arsenal with Sylvestre, those were the years that heralded the downward spiral of the gunners.

Go enjoy my Gaby signature guys...

PropertiesRe: Struggles Of Living In A Rented Face Me & Face You Compound (meme Collection) by peterson:
ChiefAzubuikeh:
Lived in such environment during my struggle days. My next room neighbor once entered through the toilet and peeping at a girl bathing in the bathroom. A demarcation separates the bathroom and toilet. So he simply climbed and was peeping from above. The girl caught him but as a sharp guy, he don pass window escape inside bush.

There seems to be that bachelor who brings in different species of ladies everyday.

Also, there's always that rich neighbor that you begin wonder why he dey live for face me I face you
The level of corruption and immoralities that abounds in face me I face you are terribly unprecedented.

In ours we had three rows of about 18 room with every row having a corresponding toiled/bath plus plus a communual kitchen.

Most of the families including mine occupied two rooms each with the exception of about three singles at the time.

Of the families, we were rightly the champions in numbers. Papa/mama plus ten kids. You wan find trouble Abi, we dey wait.

It was sort of an un-written rule to refer to families by any known names. Every family or neighbour had a nick.

We had Baba Nepa, the area nepa man/drunk who wouldn't climb a power line whenever he was sober. And he'd always stagger home late every night to community brushing from his wife (mama nepa) and his kids. We learnt to sleep through the noise overtime because it had become standard.

There was Mr Aviation. We lived just a stone throw from the International airport in Lagos, Aviation will always beckon on us to come look at an aircraft either taking off or landing and will tell us that's Okada air on its way to benin or oriental airlines headed to owerri. Oga was jobless at this time with his tortoise car o, how he knew all these na only God know oo.

We had Mr frog eye, when you see him you'd understand.

And then, my family was aptly named the battalion family or papa/mama dozen. But you had better not said it to our hearing or face if not na area fight o. All of us dey bam up gather brush people because no joy at all.

My bathroom rendezvous with my compound babe then were epic. Na the same time we take dey shower. Whether I dirty or not oo, once she's on the move with her bucket, that was an instant signal for me to come jiggy jiggy with it. Lol

I'd climb through the opening at the top and land like spider man in her turf and straight to business we go. If per adventure I notice anyone waiting outside to use the bathroom, while I'm working at the other bathroom I'll be pouring water down my empty cubicle to make it appear as busy/occupied.

From the Lil above you could easily deduce what the living conditions must have been like and how I decided upon putting myself on the line as a sacrificial lamb in a bid to get my folks out from the doldrums of poverty, hence my suicide mission trip through the deserts onwards Europe after all all die na die...

At 15/16 i'd often sneak up to the airport to catch a glimpse of people arriving from abroad and would always tell myself I must travel out..lol

Until one day the airport security nabbed me and my cousin and made us share a cell with hardened criminals who denied us sleep all through the night by making us "toshiba" them and serenade them with a stoey that'd last the night long. Na so we begin gist dem home alone story ooo on repeat...lol

I tried giving a bit of this background in my book as a possible cause and effect to the menace our society is become today.

Infact the story funny.

Hmmm...

I'd rather dare to be different by carving and maintaining a niche in "motivational living" as opposed to the traditional and saturated "motivational speaking".

Most speakers end up doing the talks with big big grammars and never walk the walk.

Motivational living does it for me...

All the investigative journalist stories on Reuters, BBC, daily mail, anti human trafficking bodies are not as intrigue as this thread.
Am presently in Gombe State, how do i purchase this book directly from you cuz I need ur autograph. I've longed for this day.
Thanks in anticipation

I witnessed something like this sometime around 2012. A driver was sent to service ogas's car something like the one in the picture at coscharis, driver played smart and took it to a mechs garage.

After servicing and the mechanic had mentioned he was done with the job, the amount of components that were still left on the ground were more than the ones he succeeded in screwing back.

Oga wet in happen, where these ones comot from na?? He was like those ones no mean anything...

Hola gaby y gilgee

Video is the best way to get your story heard and inspire loads of people especially Españoles and the rest of the world.

I owned a freelance media company back in 3-4 yrs ago and shut down after a lot of companies and clients fled España becos of the recession (ps: google d'nami media) and later I relocated to Oosterhout. Para mi seguridad, no quiero compartir mi locacion ni el pais donde vivo, por aqui. Tu conoces Nigerianos y sabes como son. Too damn nosy.

I'd love to shoot a documentary about this and pitch it to Universal Pictures, London or to telecinco, canal+ etc, spain.

I reckon your story is a better look for blacks out there and will give a lot of ignorant spaniards a deeper look into the reasons for migration, besides looking at every black man like he was Lorey Money.

My dear, I can't even tell. Probably because of my message of a free read promo for my book. They've been on my case since I wrote that book and I thought I was being reasonable to give nairaland and seun all the accolades in the acknowledgement page of the book. People do worse on here with spamming, but the slightest I attempt at even mentioning my book it becomes a straight ban and deleting of my posts.

Hard to even say what the issue truly is.

Dear justwise,

I don't know what the beef with me is because you've always been on my case. The least I can do is keep praying for you like I'd tonight.

I can imagine how much joy you derive from being in a position of authority especially on a faceless forum such as this, where you can flex your muscle banning and unbanning people you naturally wouldn't dare look in the face.

You've always enjoyed banning me or deleting my posts, but it's all good. I leave you to your conscience and posterity.

For the below, you banned me for a week. very laughable.

The average age of BEST US president is 56years. Obama is not among best 10.

There's this feeling that electing young president means having FRESH guys, men with less BAGGAGE.

Then Nations you mentioned already have a tested and working structure on ground. Even an idiot will be seen to have "performed" in America. The system will PRUNE you!

Yes, we have a system fault. Same system present crop of leaders benefit from, and will do anything to retain.

Are you a 49er and below, fed up with being a "lookman" as life is continually been sniffed out of our dear country by our pas and grandpas.

Are you tired of reading same letters your fathers and probably grandfathers read and have come to the realisation that it is a letter to "Dem-dem"?

Are you willing and ready to send our pas and grandpas to their well deserved retirement while we take over our destiny and future and have a country to bequeath to our down-line generations?

Do you want to be counted amongst those who didn't just fold arms (like our fathers) and sit while our collective destiny and whatever is left of our future is been frittered away by the same 'ol folks who care less about us?

Let's come together,make a move and take a stand.

We have every tools at our disposal to make this a reality. We control the social media and can use it to our advantage.

This is a clarion call to all under 50's from every part of Nigeria and profession to come together and lets form a front and decide what's left of our futures.

We are not taking to the streets or causing any physical unrest but our country can be salvaged bloodlessly.

If you are above 50 and agree your generation failed to take a stand as we are willing to do now while the country was left to the cabals and as such want to support morally, financially and advisory for the sake of your children, you are welcome onboard.

Reclaiming our country and building one we want for us is non-negotiable at this point. If 2019 is too close or sudden to make our stance known (which i don't think ) we can leverage on our force and movement using our block votes as a bargaining chip for a nothing less than 50% inclusion in the next government across all board in specific portfolios as a way to learning on the job of governance (NYSC) and ultimately taking over fully in 2023.

Every young Nigerian, home and abroad from the North, east, west and South needs to heed
this call and lets build a Nigeria of our dreams together.

There is so much illusion in the land. Many believe that our leadership problem has a lot to do with generational shift!

Moreover,Nigeria had a fair share of quite youthful leaders, both in the long and immediate past, yet we are still where we are.

According to investopedia, the top 10 most developed countries are(their ages were googled and written beside):

1.USA President is 70+

2.China 65+

3.Japan 84+

4.Germany 61+

5. United Kingdom 62

6. India 65+

7. France 41

8. Brazil 77

9. Italy 76

10.Canada 47

Ages of leaders of other countries include:

Ghanaian President is 70+

Thailand 96+

Korean President is 70+

Kuwait leader is 70+

Mauritius president is 85!

Singapore 63

South Africa 70+

Spain 60+

Good governance is not a direct function of age.
