petitchouchou: jnyuwa02, I found an article on www.timesconsultant.pk regarding foundation studies. But this is for those who just finished secondary school or A level... I don't see anything about premaster or after first degree. |

jnyuwa02: Thank you so, so much for your input! Don't think I've heard of that before. Typed "Foundation studies in Canada" into Google but the results were not that informative. Could you send me a link for such, or at least give me key words? Thanks once again. |

Hi everyone, I would like you to advise me on the following. I finished school since 2011 with a 2:2 in Ind. pharmaceutical science. I haven't done anything remotely related to that as the job adverts I managed to find online were only the marketing aspect which I didn't fancy at all. Notwithstanding, I applied for a few but then came the issue of having a valid driving licence. That put me off entirely because the jobs are Lagos-based. I didn't want to die of heart attack as we know how most Lagosians drive! I have taught/held secretarial position at two schools since Nov. 2013 for a little over two years. I also did a 6months voluntary placement at some hospital when I considered doing an MPH program in France in 2014. Admission didn't come through. I went through a Catering and hotel management training for 6 months and rounded off December last year. I have not done anything meaningful since then besides what I learned from that program. I would like to go for a master degree in Canada. But I was informed (at the recently concluded Canada education fair) not with a 2:2; that I have the option of PGDip or PGCert. With these will I qualify for a PR? I haven't seen any college/uni offering public health at either level. What course do you advise I go for? Would you suggest Food Safety/Science and Quality assurance? Would I be denied visa based on my choice of course? I have registered for the IELTS exams. Once, I can decide on what to study then I can begin my application asap for the Sept 2018 intake. Thanks to you all for the wonderful job you are doing!!! |

Hi Enshy, Thank you very much for doing this. May the good Lord bless you greatly. I have been going through a lot for some years now. I wouldn't want to air it all out here. From disappointment, abandonment/rejection, etc. Is there a way I could reach you? Thank you! |

It would be a terrible thing and I'd be an ingrate, if I didn't comment on your work! I've greatly enjoyed from start to this point Wow! This story is something else in a good way. I'd expected it to end before now, but if it had, I'd have been disappointed! Though the plot turned out long, the lines are still very meaningful and interesting. I love the way you introduce the characters: not so short that the readers don't have a clear picture, and not so dragged on that it's overplayed. You should get it down in a book if this storyline is yours or, sell it to movie producers. P.S noticed you didn't copyright the story... You should to avoid copyright infringement. 3 Likes |

So... So what you didn't get some? Thought you said you "liked falling in love"?! In the movies you've watched, didn't you see how both parties slowly and comfortably fall for each other? Next week is another time to know more about that girl. Some don't kiss on first date. P.S. You seem like the 'kiss and tell' type of guy sef. |

ITbomb: As in ehn I don't understand why is so pained! Why should he take this matter to the "appropriate authority" or "state assembly?" Aren't most aware of these things yet, they look the other way and pretend not to be aware? Isn't that why they'd rather use facilities oversea? Even if he did go to them, what's the guarantee that they'll do something about that hospital? Moreover, this online reports have resolved a great deal of issues e.g. Roads that were forsaken received attention and were refurbished; the girl whom MTN robbed on her birthday got in touch with MTN, but they acted like they could do nothing about it even asking her to go resubscribe. Wasn't it only after she brought it here the situation was resolved? MTN had to save their face. So let these silly thieves do something about that hospital to save their faces, too!! P.S. He brought it online so the hospital gets the deserved monetary attention from the state for maintenance so don't be embittered my dear. It is your state, we know that, but it isn't a 100% developed (or maintained). We should learn to speak the truth in all circumstances not just when it suits us... 1 Like |
