HOW TO FALL ASLEEP FAST WITHOUT DRUGS;
14 SUCCESSFUL WAYS TO FALL ASLEEP
TONIGHT. Are you counting sheep while the rest of the world sleeps? Are you’re counting mega-sheep and even giga-sheep? Have you memorized all the late-night infomercials by heart? You already know you’ve got a sleep problem. You might even be an insomniac. There are simple ways to get a good night's sleep. Find out how to fall asleep fast without drugs and sleep well all night. (1). Move Work and Television Out of the Bedroom (2). Put Your Computer in Another Room (3). Keep the Bedroom Dark (4). Try a White Noise Machine (5). Keep Your Bedroom Cool (6). Make Your Bedroom Allergy-Free (7). Cure Snoring and Sleep Apnea ( . Keep Pets Out of the Bedroom
(9). Exercise During the Day
(10). Cut Down on Caffeine
(11)). Don't Eat Before Bedtime
(12). Keep a Regular Schedule
(13). Follow a Bedtime Routine
(14). Calm Your MindSome people fall asleep fast, even at the moment their head touches the pillow. Others jockey around in bed for just the right position, and then blissfully drop off to dreamland. For the rest of us, sleep doesn’t come easily. We don't fall asleep on planes, in hotels or in any unfamiliar bed. We have to have the perfect mattress, not too soft and not too hard, absolute darkness, or maybe not so dark, a favourite teddy bear, our blankie, the door ajar, pajamas or no pajamas. And still it’s not enough to bring in the sandman. A good night’s sleep is important for good health. Sleep refreshes the mind. It strengthens the immune system. It calms and energizes us. The way to fall asleep fast is to create a feeling of comfort and security, as well as readiness for sleep. Here's how to fall asleep fast. You can fall asleep tonight. KEEP WORK AND TELEVISION OUT OF THE BEDROOM. It helps to fall asleep faster if you keep work papers and television out of the bedroom. The piles of clutter burden your sleep time with thoughts of important chores. Fix yourself up a home office, or an office nook in another room, where books and papers can be stored out of sight and out of mind. Reserve the bedroom as a place of sleep and intimacy. PUT YOUR COMPUTER IN ANOTHER ROOM. Is your computer in the bedroom? It also distracts you from falling asleep. Can you find a place for it in another room? If that’s not possible, put the computer in a closed cabinet, or shut it down and drape a cloth over it at bedtime, or just turn the monitor toward the wall. KEEP THE BEDROOM DARK. Light can enter the eyes even when your eyelids are shut tight. Light interferes with the production of melatonin, the hormone that regulates your internal sleepiness. If outdoor lights shine in your room, blackout shades to block outdoor light are worth every penny. An eye mask will block unwanted light, too. When you try to fall asleep, reflective surfaces, like wall mirrors, pictures, TV screens and computer monitors, catch and amplify light. The small light from the alarm clock and other electronics will increase your wakefulness. Remove or cover them. TRY A WHITE NOISE MACHINE. Is your bedroom too noisy, or perhaps too quiet? It might be sudden, unpredictable sounds that keep you awake when you want to fall asleep fast. Create a sense of calm and stillness with ear plugs or a white noise machine. KEEP YOUR BEDROOM COOL. You’ll fall asleep faster in a cool room. Set the thermostat lower at night and snuggle under the covers. It works for the hibernating bears, too. MAKE YOUR BEDROOM ALLERGY-FREE. If you are uncomfortable in bed, with itchy eyes, running nose, shallow breathing or coughing, consider that you might be allergic to something in the room. Remove the down comforter, animal skin rugs, old pillows and dust which could be irritating you. Wash your sheets often in a hypo-allergic soap, or plain water. Open a window during the day to ventilate the room and clear the air. The best solution of all is a hepa type air cleaner, which will make your bedroom an oasis of comfort. You can fall asleep faster if there are fewer irritants. CURE SNORING AND SLEEP APNEA. Do you or your partner snore? The Sona pillow has been proven to reduce or even eliminate snoring. You’ll breathe better with it, too. Look into other methods to stop snoring. Sleep apnea is a disorder which causes snoring and can interfere with sleep. KEEP PETS OUT OF THE BEDROOM. No matter how much you love them, pets in the bed will also keep you awake. Give your furry friends a special bed in the next room, or confine them to a cage at bedtime. See if you don't fall asleep faster. EXERCISE DURING THE DAY. Get plenty of exercise during the day, so that you actually feel tired when bedtime rolls around. You are more likely to fall asleep fast when your body is ready for it. CUT DOWN ON CAFFEINE. Caffeine drinks, chocolate and snacks in the evening will keep you awake, as will over-eating. Foods that disagree with you and cause heartburn can keep you awake. So will exercise done just before bedtime. You can fall asleep faster at night by changing what you eat and drink in the afternoon and evening. DON'T EAT BEFORE BEDTIME. Eat your main meal earlier in the evening, rather than later. Undigested food can interfere with your falling asleep. KEEP A REGULAR SCHEDULE. Keep regular hours every day, to get your body accustomed to a schedule. Falling asleep fast is a habit you can learn by repetition. FOLLOW A BEDTIME ROUTINE. Have a bedtime ritual to prepare yourself to fall asleep. Turn off the TV and cell phone. Relax. Quiet your mind. Think pleasant, happy thoughts. Express gratitude for the good things that came your way. Look forward hopefully to the next day. CALM YOUR MIND. While you lie in bed waiting to fall asleep, try to empty your mind of all thoughts. Notice your breathing and how it soothes the body. Don’t worry about insomnia, because you’ve done all the right things. Sleep will come on tiptoe when you least expect it. I wish you a very happy and peaceful night. |

It is no longer news that the Senate President,
Dr. Bukola Saraki is to be charged to court by
the Code of Conduct Bureau on a 13 count
charge. What may become news however, is
the possible outcome of this important trial of
the senate president. While many are already
aware of the 13 count charge, as contained in
the charge sheet prepared by Mr H.S Hassan, a
deputy director in the Federal Ministry of
Justice, Mr Rights deem it fit to break down the
charges in ordinary man’s langauage for proper
understanding Here is the breakdown: CRIME 1 The first crime of Saraki, according to the charge by Code of Conduct Bureau is that, he made a false asset declaration in September, 2003 upon assuming office as Governor of Kwara State. Saraki declared an asset he was yet to own, anticipating to loot public resources to acquire the asset. At the time of his assumption as governor, Saraki claimed to have owned or acquired No 15A and 15B McDonald, Ikoyi, Lagos through his company Carlesle Properties Limited in the year 2000. But that was false. He never owned or acquired the property at that time. The property was actually bought or acquired by Saraki in the year 2006 through his company, Tiny Tee limited and Vitti Oil limited. He bought the properties for N396,150,000.00 ( Three hundred and ninety six million, one hundred and fifty thousand naira). The Code of Conduct charged that, since Saraki declared owning the asset as far back as 2003, yet, he only acquired it in 2006, such false declaration amount to an offense punishable under the code of conduct act. POSSIBLE JUDGEMENT Should code of Conduct prove that, Saraki did declare owning the asset at No 15A and 15B McDonald, Ikoyi, Lagos in 2003 upon assuming office as Governor. Should they prove that, he never owned such asset in 2003 as claimed in his declaration form. Should they be able to prove he recently acquired the asset in 2006. Saraki is likely to be found guilty of this offense. CRIME 2 The second crime of Saraki, according to the charge by Code of conduct Bureau is that, while serving as Kwara state governor between 2006-2007, Saraki acquired properties located at 17A and 17B McDonald, Ikoyi, Lagos at the rate of N497,200,000.00 (Four hundred and ninety seven million, two hundred thousand naira). In his asset declaration after serving his tenure as Governor of Kwara State, Saraki claimed to have gotten the money to buy the properties from the sales of rice and sugar, but such income doesn’t correspond with Saraki’s income as contained in the declaration he made to the code of conduct bureau when he became governor of Kwara State in 2003. This means that, Saraki spend beyond his legitimate earnings based on his declaration form. POSSIBLE JUDGEMENT Should the Code of Conduct prove he did acquire this property between 2006-2007 while serving as Kwara State Governor. Should they prove he acquired it at the rate of N497,200,000.00 (Four hundred and ninety seven million, two hundred thousand naira). Should they also prove that, Saraki’s income as contained in his assets declaration form doesn’t correspond with his spending to acquire such properties, the senate president is likely to be found guilty of this offense. CRIME 3 Saraki’s third crime, according to the Code of conduct bureau is that, after his tenure as governor of Kwara state in 2011, Saraki made another false asset declaration. He refused to declare plot 2A, Glover road, Ikoyi Lagos, which he acquired between 2007 and 2008 from Central Bank of Nigeria, through his company Carlesle Properties Limited at the rate of N325,000,000.00 (Three hundred and twenty five million naira) POSSIBLE JUDGEMENT Should the Code of conduct prove that, Saraki did acquire plot 2A, Glover road, Ikoyi Lagos between 2007-2008 while serving as governor, should they be able to prove he never declared the asset after his tenure in 2011, Saraki is likely to be sentenced to jail. CRIME 4 Also, Saraki’s fourth crime, according to the Code of conduct bureau is that, after his tenure as governor of Kwara state in 2011, Saraki made another false asset declaration. He refused to declare plot 3A, Glover road, Ikoyi Lagos, which he acquired between 2007 and 2008 from Federal Government Landed properties, through his company Carlesle Properties Limited at the rate of N325,000,000.00 (Three hundred and twenty five million naira) POSSIBLE JUDGEMENT Should the Code of conduct prove that, Saraki did acquire plot 3A, Glover road, Ikoyi Lagos between 2007-2008 while serving as governor, should they be able to prove he never declared the asset after his tenure in 2011, Saraki is likely to be sentenced to jail. CRIME 5 Saraki’s fifth crime, according to the charge by Code of Conduct Bureau is that, Saraki made another false asset declaration in September 2003, upon assuming office as Governor of Kwara State by refusing to declare No 1, Tagus Street, Maitama, Abuja, which he later declared after his tenure in 2011 claiming to have acquired it in 1996. While he never declare the assets when he assumed office in 2003, he declared it after his tenure, claiming to have acquired it as far back as 1996 from one David Baba Akawu. POSSIBLE JUDGEMENT Should the Code of conduct prove that, Saraki never declared owning any asset at No 1, Tagus Street, Maitama, Abuja in 2003, should they prove that he later declared the asset after his tenure, claiming to have owned it as far back as 1996, Saraki is likely to be sentenced. |

Good effects :
Masturbation has some beneficial effect
on our health. Like reduce prostate
cancer risks, remove stress etc etc. Bad effects : But I am going to told you about some bad effects of masturbation. You can read or listen all over internet and via other people that masturbation is healthier. Most of people just tell you lie about it, and other do know about it. Here I am not going to tell you that masturbation is healthier or not, here I am just going to tell you about harmful effects of masturbation and all the information is based on my personal knowledge and experience. I gain this knowledge by myself and by watching other known people's life. 1. Effect on body health - Actually semen takes 4 to 8 days(depend on person to person) to produce in body and to produce small amount of good quality semen you need to eat lot of healthier food, protein and minerals etc. If you do not ejaculate your semen though sexual activities, it give strength to your body, make your muscles and bones stronger. If you continue waste you semen just for fun and enjoy several times in week then it will make your health dull. 2. Effects on bones - If you do extreme masturbation (8 to 10 times in week) and continue this habit for long time like for six month then this will make harmful effects on your bones. When person try to masturbate lot in short amount to time them he or she started to ejaculate type of white part of bone which include phosphorus, carbon and other minerals which are extracted from bones. If you masturbate lot then you feel your knees and elbow joints start to make sound on moving just like very old person. 3. Effect on your face - By watching a person's face you can tell that how much he masturbate or include in sexual activities. And even you can tell which hand he use lot to masturbate. Those who masturbate lot their cheeks started to shrink, narrow and go inside just opposite of chubby. Pimples are natural in young age but those who masturbate, for them pimples and acne create big problems. They increase in numbers and make bigger in size on face. Make spots on face. By that face look ugly. Masturbation also make asymmetric you face for example if person masturbate lot from his right hand then his face will be narrow and asymmetric from right side. 4. Effects on your life- Those who masturbate lot they not be able to focus on their work and their social life. Person can't able to talk to other by making eye contact because of lack of confidence. People those who masturbate lot, try to live lonely and can;t able to live happy. Students with this habit can't focus on study. 5. Effects on buttocks - By watching person butts you can tell how much he or she masturbate. By masturbating lot buttocks gone inside from side part and by slowly slowly you found that lot part and size of buttocks will be reduce or disappear. It take months to years but he/she can feel that their butts not look like their teen age. (This effect info is little bit awkward and funny but true). They are started to look like IndecentStar's butts. 6. Effect on penis - Masturbation makes penis curvy because most of people mostly masturbate by their one favorite hand and that's particular hand's finger grip make his penis curvy from that particular side. I hope you understand what I am trying to say here. And most of people do not use lubricant during masturbation which also do harmful effect on penis. Actually god make penis for vagina and god already provide lot of glands inside wall of vagina. (May be god don't know human will start masturbation from hand otherwise god also provide lube in hand- just kidding). 7. Effect on your sports and physical activities - Coach of national teams like boxing, gymnastic, runner teams give advice to their players, not to masturbate or sex. month before their competitions and championships. Because they know masturbation reduce will their lot of energy and stamina. After masturbation you feel like lack of energy and feel like you need a long sleep rest. 8. Effects on cloths, walls, bedsheets, pillow, your presence in home (LOL)- If person masturbate lot then whenever he/she see any little amount of sexual thing or activity like cleavage, girls in bikini, kiss or bla bla in movies then he just started leaking little amount of seamen through his penis because his mind is highly addicted to this kind of things. Funny stuff - ya by masturbation sometime you make dirty your cloths, wall, bedsheets and seamen stain sometime not be able to wash easily and sometime make you embarrass in front of you parents. And sometime your parents feels bad for you when you keep yourself locked yourself in room whole day. Actually they know everything by seeing your face and daily habits and they are waiting for caught you in action someday - just kidding lolzz..... but this is seriously correct stuff. So do not masturbate, if you do not agree with me lets do this - just do not masturbate for one month then tell me how you feel. If you do not masturbate for one year then I am sure that you will feel like superman and feel like you can capable to do any thing this world. Just keep your self busy and eat proper diet, do exercise and do not masturbate for one year and compare your picture of now and after one year with this schedule then you can feel these changes after one year - more healthier, more symmetrical shiny and glorious face, more fat but not at belly or stomach, look fit, more happy, more focused, more successful etc. Disclaimer - All above info is my personal views and thoughts. Please don't take above info as medical advise (I am not a doctor).

I have been in a serious relationship with this girl for two years now. i asked her where she was last nite when we were chatting but she didn't reply me. She left whatsapp after reading the message and then she switched off her two phones. Efforts to called her was unproductive. Instantly, my instincts told me something was wrong somewhere. I called her girl friend if she was with her and she said 'no'. finally, i went to her house to check if she was at home around 11:30 pm but to my greatest surprise, her room was locked up. I went home but couldn't sleep all through the nite. The whole drama was getting more strange cos i trust her very much and i couldn't comprehend the idea that she was sleeping in another guys room at that time. This morning around 6:am, she messaged me on whatsapp that she was at home and that she is very sorry for not replying my message. I sprang up from the bed and went to her house immediately but on getting to her house, i found out that her room was still locked. She later came home around 7:30 am and met me on her door post. We went inside the room and i asked her where she was coming from; after series of lies, she later opened up that she spent the nite at a friend's house(male) whom she visited the previous evening. She started crying that i should forgive her that nothing(s*x) happened between them during the nite. I told her it was over between us and i warned her never to contact me again. Lo, on leaving the room, she brought out her kitchen knife that she was going to kill her self since i 've broke up wit her.. after some moment of dragging, i was able to resusciate the knife from her and i told her i wasn't leaving her any more.. This girl is very serious about killing her self if i leave her and i love her very much; but the thought of her sleeping in another man's house is driving me crazy. What should i do? |

Ten Reasons why Diezani Alison-Madueke
MUST go to Prison
To say that corruption under Goodluck Jonathan
exceeded epidemic level is an understatement.
Under Jonathan’s Presidency, we witnessed an
unprecedented level of reckless acts of
corruption. It was thus not surprising that a 72-
year-old former dictator-General Muhamadu
Buhari (GMB)- capitalized on this singular factor
to win a historic presidential election with the
slogan of change.
You can now understand why those of us that
voted for the General way back in 2003 (knowing
fully well that he was not going to win) are
tickled with this victory. Though we are thrilled,
we are also cautiously optimistic, conscious of
the fact that tackling corruption in this present
Nigeria is a tall order. However, we are confident
that the right steps can and should be taken to
reduce it significantly. To achieve this, there are
a few fundamental ideas that if implemented,
can by their very nature, curb corruption. One is
personal character and leadership by example
which we have in GMB.
The second crucial element is the need to set
example to deter will be offenders from
engaging in corrupt acts. And what better way is
there to do that than sending the symbol of
corruption in Nigeria in the past 4 years- Diezani
Alison-Madueke – to prison. Below are ten good
reasons why the beautiful bride and amazon of
corruption in Jonathan’s administration – Diezani
– must go to prison.
1. For the light of the fight against corruption to
be turned on in the dark alleys of NNPC and
the “fake” deregulation of the downstream
oil sector aka “oil subsidy”, Diezani Alison-
Madueke MUST go to prison. Releasing the $
20 billion audit report will not only send
Diezani to prison but will also expose the
public officials behind the unaccounted
SURE-P’s N1.8 trillion and send them to
prison as well. Also, sending Diezani to
prison means that Femi Otedola and Farouk
Lawan can be made to account for the over
$3m fuel scam ‘bribe’.2. Diezani MUST also go to prison so
that the
likes of Tinubu and Rotimi Amaechi and all
the crooks in APC that sponsored Buhari’s
campaign can be made to account for their
stewardship in public office. Sending Diezani
to prison will also deter them from engaging
id corrupt acts under GMB.
3. If Diezani is sent to prison, the $1.1 billion
paid to the London account of Malabu Oil
and Gas by Goodluck Jonathan can be
recovered and Dan Etete and Sani Abacha’s
son, Mohammed sent to prison
4. Diezani MUST go to prison so that corrupt
former Head of State Abdulsalami Abubakar
can be made to account for $3 Billion he
squandered in 6 month. The same man is
now parading himself as a “statesman”,
“peace maker” and broker for Diezani in a
attempt to shield her from prosecution
5. Diezani MUST go to prison so that Nigerian
Police Force, Immigrations, Customs and
SSS can be reformed. Marilyn Ogar, the
spokesperson for Nigeria’s secret police
must be punished for the N15 million worth
of kerosene she got from PPMC for going
after the opposition APC. Mind you, this is
not witch-hunting, but the only way the
Police IG under Buhari can be discouraged
form allowing him/her self to be used by
politicians against perceived PDP “trouble
makers”.
6. Diezani MUST go to prison so that the
Resident Electoral Commissioners in
Katsina, Sokoto, Brono, Rivers, Delta and
Akwa Ibom can go to jail for conniving with
politicians to rig the last general election
7. Diezani MUST go to prison so that Stella
Oduah can go to prison over the purchase of
N225 million naira bulletproof car. The
report on that scandal should also be made
public so that the conspirators and
collaborators in the aviation ministry and
Coscharis can also go to prison.
8. Diezani MUST go to prison so that dirty deals
in the oil sector exposed by the Ribadu
Report in 2012 but quickly buried by the
corrupt administration of Goodluck
Jonathan can be resurrected and offenders9. If Diezani goes
to prison, the foreign and
local oil companies that induce and bribe
public official for favorable contracts in
Nigeria will be prosecuted and if convicted
go to prison
1. Diezani MUST go to prison so that the cases
of former governors (now distinguished
senators) that has been ongoing for
“eternity” can be expedited and offenders
convicted and jailed.
ICCP, EFCC, or whatever name(s) they are given
should be re-organization and re-engineering as
a matter of urgency. Our courts have been
sending petty thieves to jail every day. So, it’s not
a case of judicial system. Rather, it is a case of
corrupt Chief Judges, Attorney General, and
judges bribed to stupor that they turn a blind
eye. What is called for now is radical reform of
our judiciary by appointment of judicial activists
with the integrity, clean hands and guts to send
their colleagues to prison for aiding corrupt
public officials. That in my interpretation of the
change Nigerians voted for.
Talking about keeping the government clean, I
learned from the Singapore experience that it is
easy to start off with moral standards, strong
conviction and determination to bid down
corruption. But it is difficult to live to these good
intentions unless the leaders are strong and
determined enough to deal with all
transgressors and without exception. Tinubu
and Rotimi Amaechi in particular MUST
therefore, not be spared.
Finally, my message to the GMB is that we the
people are watching his actions and inactions as
he starts the difficult journey of delivering the
much needed change. The fight against
corruption should be hit by an earthquake-like
jerk. A group of activist prosecutors with proven
record of sending the corrupt to prison must be
assembled to go after the symbols of corruption
in NNPC, Ministries, Nigerian Customs, Internal
Revenue, Ports, and Governors etc. Heads must
be made to roll. That is the only way to mark the
true beginning of the beginning in the fight
against corruption in Nigeri |
