The truth is most jobs available are survival jobs for immigrants, like someone said the only high demand jobs are IT nd healthcare so he just needs to keep managing till he can get better job or work in a similar field of what he studied.

People expectations are usually different from what they will experience,studying in foreign country can't always guarantee you professional jobs so always have it at the back of your mind!

Only USA can make most countries do this! I didn't see the same energy when Boko Haram adopted chibok girls.

That's why i have always been against travel agent,most of them are liars nd scammers! Moreover you ought to apply for your dream school yourself after getting admission you can start processing your visa! Some people just like wasting money for no reason.

Halcyon123 & other Josites. Where can one buy croaker fish and turkey in Jos Biko. I've been craving both for a long time, but no money. Today I manage get small money I couldn't find it anywhere....even chicken. I visited about 3 cold room but none had it. To make matter worse, rain beat me silly. All my efforts are futile....#sobs

I love food too much so I had to figure out a way to stay in shape and I learned that you can eat great amounts of vegetables without gaining weight and since I like them a lot I integrated them in my daily eating habits. They are healthy, fill you up and make it easier to eat less carbs, which I love but which make one add weight easily. The greens which you saw on my plate are only one third of the total amount I have eaten.

I used some salt on the egg. That's enough sometimes.

I have an air fryer so I used only one teaspoon of olive oil for the fries and the eggs are poached so you can call it healthy indeed.
