Hi guys,frankly speaking I know its hard for some peeps to pray on their own without a someone telling them to or for a specific thing. Good day all, I benefited one way or the other from this thread but come to think of it I had this idea running through my mind which came as a result what I have noticed in the education sector we graduates are at the mercy of school proprietors that pays peanut all in the name of salary,treating graduates as if they haven't pass thru university system at all. This private school owners have an association called Napps but we graduates working in so called private schools don't have any union per say to address all the injustice melted out to us..in this light I will love the movers and shakers of this thread to think of way we can save the brilliant Nigerian graduates from the mess ...pls sunnapar,Golden doctor ,profdgay,upload111 what's d way forward

Most times,I keep wondering why it is like that. Most teachers works with their mind and heart. Teachers are the most important people on earth just like doctors and security officers,we save life... we impact life because when u educate a child well...u are building a great generation. We need to be paid good salary with allowances. We just need to stand up to claim our rights of good treatment. We can start the union from a small group,if we can put ourselves together very well stating our aims and objectives...our voice will be heard. This is my take #peybuttons
