Hello everyone, I just want to appreciate every member of this great thread, for some time now, i've been a faithful follower of this thread. I was advised to submit my cv to schools around my axis, of which I did, lo and behold, one of the school called me for interview, I came back here to gather all info concerning what to expect (actually got most from MacJc analysis). I went for the text, micro teaching and interview and I did very well. Though the salary is not too fantastic but I know it's a stepping stone to greater ones ahead. I really appreciate you guys. Golden Dr, Manie, MacJc, peybutton, stenon, et al. Thanks for the dedication. You guys rock!!!

Seriously during this holiday more than 25 schools have call me for interviews through this tread, cos this is the only place I got emails of schools that needs teachers. I have submitted more than enough, whether Yorùbá is among the needed subject or not.
The issue now is that my co-teachers where I work are all envy me because of all these offers here and there, don't know which one to accept and more are still calling me for interview.

Customer service in the school.

As a teacher your students' parent are your customer. Customer service is the knowledge or care that are rendered to the customers. You should have ideas about the school that you are selling.

Effective customer service
1. Have a positive attitude. Greet properly...smile...dress well.
2. Speak clearly and slowly.
3. Know your product\services. Never say,"I dont know"
4. Listen completely to their complaint and make sure you are understanding.
5. Keep communicating... always keep your customers informed and follow up.

NB: Customers want to heard and understood...they are always right.
