There numerous paper work to be done before claiming the sum ,moreover the judgment might have been appealed against at the court of appeal hence the stall in the process, its not enough to get judgments against someone you still need to know which bank the person operates and if such person has movable properties .

Morning house ,this incident happened on Monday but was discovered on Tuesday evening in Agbor Delta state, deceased name is Ngozi and according to his girlfriend he dropped her off with his bike on Monday morning but after waiting for him in the evening and he didn't show up she decided to spend the night at her sister's house since she couldn't get a bike home that night as it was already late.
The following morning she went to work from her sister's and closed early to go home and on getting home the gate was locked from the inside while the deceased bike was parked outside the gate, she had to scale the fence and the doors where opened but what she discovered shocked her ,according to her they never had issues, the boy didn't give any sign as to having any problem.
Its probable he was killed and the killer strung him up to look like he did it cos both feet where touching the ground

mine was back then in primary school , we live in a block of four flats and behind the house was a boys quarter and my friend Wale stays in the bq with his aunt , in this very compound that is the bq they have this dog called bingo, each time Wales keeps inviting me over to their house cos he is not comfortable anytime he is in my house my parents were the strict type.
one fateful morning I was bored at home hence I decided to go over to wale's compound forgetting that they had a dog as I walked into the compound and bingo sighted me he ran after me and I bolted out of the compound shouting for Wales to come to my rescue, instead of Wales to do that he ran after the dog shouting at me to stop that the dog won't bite , who sai me I no wan hear I cursed Wales ancestors, as I ran but couldn't outrun the dog and he caught up with me and flung herself at me pulling at my short knickers by now I was in tears but stood still while the dog continued barking at me .I stopped talking to Wales after that incident

Hi nairalanders please allow me share my horrible experience at the hands of the Nigerian police force

I had an appointment in Asaba this morning unfortunately I was already late so I decided to hurry so as not to disappoint my boss, when I got to Agbor asaba express way I noticed the two vehicles in front of me stopped abruptly in order not have head on collision with any of them as there was no way I could successfully brake , I decided to swerve and come down by the shoulder of the express way lo and behold it was the men of the Nigerian police force that flagged down the two vehicle infront of me, immediately swerved and gained the express way back only for one of the officer to shoot sporadically in the air, I decided to drive on thinking they shot in the air because of the vehicle that they stopped then I heard another shot this time it was aimed at my vehicle for whatever reason my car was not hit and the guy with me said we better not stop here as the place is a lonely place we then drove on about five minutes later they where in hot pursuit of my car I sped on with the hope of getting to a crowded area where I will have many witnesses as I do not know the intentions of this people, on getting close to Umunede junction I slowed down and started trafficating to the right as I was on the speed lane the driver of the hilux they where in overtook me from the same right and crashed their vehicle into my car the impact pushed my car on to the demarcation between the express way.

To cut a long story short the youth in the area became incensed threatening to burn Down their vehicle and while all this was going on I told the guy besides me to start recording everything that was going even from the point where I noticed we where being pursued, I made sure my colleague snapped them and their name tags. , we later towed my vehicle to the nearest police station where they opted to settle the matter by paying for my damaged fender and I agreed to buy the shaft that pulled they also begged that I delete the pictures I took and the recorded clip.
Attached below is the pics of the damaged vehicle , I won't be uploading their pics and their vehicle because if I do and they are sacked I won't be the one receiving their salaries so am letting bygones be bygones, please join me in thanking God because I would have been a dead man
