mogentle: I'm a South Westerner and i love APC ruling in some states, but, honestly I was highly disappointed with the condition of many non-federal roads in Lagos during my recent visit to the extent that my love for APC in Lagos shrunk immediately. As at now, going by the level of IGR in Lagos, i don't expect such number of bad roads to still be in existence. I began to think where the IGR of about 17billion is being spent going by the fact that most of some major projects are being financed by specific loans. I need to be educated for the sake of people that will have same question bothering their minds.
