When Amaechi gives people who know the area and come forward as contractors (which means they have coys registered as contractors), money for roads and the money disappears or the effort is unseen, we say its HIS fault!

How can we continue this double mindedness based on partisan politics and expect a change in Nigeria?

I agree Amaechi should have supervised OR EVEN sent these contractors to jail (if they aren't being protected by Abuja) but so do I expect Nigeria to have above the board arms supply (same with crude sales too, btw)!
