try backing up your phone then doing a factory reset first. Then again since your phone is already rooted, you can install titanium backup and backup your user apps, (you might also have to backup your contacts and sms too) then do a factory reset. After that restart your phone, reinstall titanium backup and restore all your user apps

I am using the lollipop rom with custom recovery installed, my phone is rooted as well. I have the lollipop rom on my system, can I simply flash it? Plz help. And if yes.. Am I to use the download only option or format+ download..
