oginnite: So nice that your brother-in-law is ready to help you out with the job offer because that is the MAJOR challenge about this route to Canada. The following are the steps to take: 1. Your in-law download the offer for employment form on cic page (IMM 5983),fills it, sign and forward to you to sign as well. The trick about getting a positive response for your application, is to ensure that your in-law's household income can ACCOMMODATE the ability to pay you the minimum wage of d province. This is a crucial factor to the success of your application. If your in-law can show the ability to pay you the minimum of like $32,000 per year, then he is a potential employer. Another important factor is to ensure your in-law genuinely requires the service of a caregiver. So they must have children between d ages of 0-18. 2. Get your credentials evaluated by any of the designated bodies e.g WES. 3. IELTS- Minimum CLB 5 4. Show proof of your ability to do the job Check out this guide on CIC website. it will show you all you require for a successful application. Guide 0104 – Home Child Care Provider and Home Support Worker – Application for Permanent Residence and an Occupation-Restricted Open Work Permit from Outside Canada Lastly, like someone mentioned earlier, try to read from page one and also visit twinkleberyl's page. She has done a lot of research about this route and submitted her application already. If you have any question, send her a mail, she will reply. She is also willing to help and nice too. I wish you the best. 1 Like 2 Shares |

Richdee1: LMIA is not required, all that is needed is for the employer to fill the offer of employment form and ensure that the household income is sufficient enough to pay a caregiver. The processing time is 12 months and it is paper application. |

XX01: Please how can one find the process and procedures needed to be followed. I have searched and searched online for relevant info needed by the person that can hire one. In terms of their financial capabilities, family size etc. Or one might need an immigration lawyer or recruitment agency. Thank you. |

[quote author=ArcUgo post=89042864]Hi everyone, please I'm looking to make contact with anyone who has information on Brandon Manitoba. Would appreciate any advice I can get on Jobs, housing and school for the kids. Also the viability of relocating in these trying times I.e covid-19. Thanks @ArcUgo, my suggestion would be to move to Saskatchewan IF your family member's NOC is not list in their excluded occupation list and their work experience align with their degree.Kindly check their site for more information. They conduct regular draws and a family member in the province guarantees additional 20 points. However, a post was made some days ago stating that their draws would be conducted once every two months. As stated earlier, kindly weigh your options very well before moving out of your comfort zone to Manitoba in Hope of their PNP. The family connection route draws had not been held since early last year. Although, some person's sent them mails to confirm if the route had been stopped but they responded by saying, it will be continued soon. Therefore, try to read more about MPNP and SINP and make your decision. 3 Likes |

Good evening Sir/Ma Thanks so so much for the wonderful job u and others are doing in the EE section. I sincerely appreciate.God bless really good. I got to a particular page today and I saw the post of someone rejected because of wrong NOC.I hope the person finds help soon. So I decided to reach out for help in order to make the right decision. Although am in the pool currently but I still need to improve my score. I am claiming two NOCs.I don't have problem with the first one NOC 6235 as it was stated that bank marketers can use that.My problem is the second NOC. I currently work with a company that involves in the redistribution of Alcoholic drinks in Nigeria and I am currently the Territory Sales Manager for a particular State. Kindly assist me in matching my duties with the appropriate NOC. Below are my job descriptions: Duties/Responsibilities: · Oversees and takes charge of the Sales and Operational activities of the territory; by ensuring effective redistribution of all brands of alcoholic drinks, ensuring prompt payment by retail creditors and takes appropriate actions to meet targets. · Accomplish territory sales target by recruiting Local Sales Agents to drive sales growth and carry out regular sales performance reviews of the recruits. · Communicates company policies on job expectation and other processes for effective redistribution through regular training of the Local Sales Agents. · Maintaining and continuously increasing retailers base and having good rapport with all retailers. . Exercising discretion at all times and maintaining high customer service always. · Reviewing retailers accounts to ascertain their credit status before any supply. · Resolving retailers complains in terms of damaged goods. · Ensures State regulations as regards alcoholic sales, placement, and displays are adhere to strictly. · Identify fast selling alcoholic brands in the territory and liaise with the General Manager for supply and ways to foster sales growth in the territory. . All other duties as assigned by the managing director. I initially chose NOC 0601- Corporate Sales Manager but had to edit to 0621- Retail and wholesale trade Manager. I dont know if NOC 0621 actually suits my JD. Kindly assist please. Thanks everyone. Thanks at@jennypharb1 for teaching me how to send a new message on Nairaland.I never knew how to do so all this while.I usually click on others post to send a message. 1 Like |
