what is the essence of this post? name any state in Nigeria you can't find flooding. only a fool would expect one administration to provide everything, including all infrastructures needed. he has done his bit which Lucky Igbenedion will see and hide himself in shame. try post some of the roads he constructed or expanded, the schools he built and rehabilitated, the hospitals he rehabilitated and built. the state workers that get their salaries as when due. don't be an enemy of good thing.though he is not perfect and has his short comings just like any other human being.
