This is not how MPPT capacity sizing works... You can over panel your controller so long as you don't go over recommended voltage and amps.

no my all 4 panels was connected in a way not to max out the cc voltage, I was still under 70v and max on 12v on the cc is 80v.

so finally got around to changing the plug on my repaired ''1 hp LG inverter ac''
seems its a 2hp compressor that was installed , though i wonder why or how, both compressors looked similar.
my people on gen mode it clocked btw 650 to 710w, after about 15mins operation, took it out from gen mode..it jumped to 1650w to 1710w!!!, and remained so for about 10mins...had to shut it down..would continue further testing later, i knew something was wrong after the repairs, but the superior cooling after the repairs made me complacent as it normallyranged btw 11% to 17% on my 5kva inverter on normal mode, unlike now it clocks in from 25% to 31%

somebody shud pls confirm the wattage of his 1hp Lg inverter ac on normal and gen modes, as i intend buying another unit, but i don dey fear now

I can confirm that the HA02 battery balancer works very well. Battery balancing has become a key part of using a large battery bank sustainably and even most Lithium BMS have some sort of battery balancing mechanism in their core design.

The common issue I see with all the people I have heard complain about the HA02 seeming to unbalance their bank is that they bought off AliExpress and/or from an unproven source . I have only ever used the HA02s from an Amazon seller called ZHC Solar - after many transactions, we took our business offline and so far so good he has never dissappointed. He was even able to point me back to TaicoPower his actual source - when I showed him AliExpress prices to beat down his quote he would shake his head and insist that it was impossible to sell the product at that price and make a profit if sourced from the original manufacturer.

I don't like the HA01 but the HA02 is designed very differently and it works well to maintain balance if used on a set of good batteries from the beginning.

I have had some units in use nearly two years now and all the banks are nearly in perfect sync. 0.1v difference between batteries like an installer here once visited me and showcased my setup.

It solely depends on battery chemistry ! The carbon battery can serve for this purpose since the 2000w estimated load would serve just for 30min. 24×200=4800wh , even on 50% DOD , you can still run your load momentarily for 30min with a 3-4kw 24v power inverter .. Worst scenario, opt in for 48v design! You can simply WhatsApp me for carbon battery datasheet ! Cheer's

My guy, Dam5reey has given u both practical and theoretical end of your batteries, why ask again?
@ 24v 200ah u re supposed to pull 10a savely from ur batteries, u re now talking of pulling around 84a! After such successful pull, d life of ur batteries will never remain the same. I may be wrong though, since this is a DIY, kindly do that experiment on ur batteries and report back to the house, who knows u can be right.

Yes I did. It was just the fuel pump. I changed it and the car returned to is normal state.

I have a little problem I'd like your insights on. My Benz c320 used to trip off at quarter tank thereabout like it ran out of fuel. I had it checked out thinking the gauge was bad or something. The tank was opened and there was fuel in it and the gauge was pretty accurate. The rewire took just worked around with it and told me the problem was over but the problem persists. I got in touch with another rewire who diagnosed the vehicle and told me to replace the pedal sensor as the vehicle was stalling and I thought it was as a result of the fuel problem, upon replacement the vehicle stopped stalling but as regards the engine going off the same rewire asked me to change the entire tank. One of the rewires think the fuel pump/sending unit is the culprit while the other one(the one that diagonised and asked me to change pedal sensor too) thinks it's the entire tank. I am genuinely confused about the rewire to go with as I don't want trial and errors.
