A stingy guy is one who has enough fund or materials to satisfy a person's needs but out of greed, he pretends he doesnt have. When a guy has money but doesnt give out is different from when he doesnt have and cannot steal to give out.

Understanding is what some people lack in a relationship. I am not trying to be sentimental by defending any of the gender but a lady should not let her priority in a relationship be all about getting help(fund) from the guy. What better support and advert will these firms employ than for Govts and its agencies to patronise them even if it's just one or two buses?
If he establishes this Manufacturing/assembling plants will it only be patronised by the state govt?
If he expects other State govts or private individuals to patronise it what stops him from patronising the existing local makers of automobile?
I wonder how economically viable it will be to establish a manufacturing plants just for Lagos BRT considering that plenty of the current BRT buses are owned by private companies, will he force them to patronise it?

Secondly, you mentioned that it is done so that all the members of the nuclear family can have the same last name. If that is the case then why can't men change their own last names to their wives' last name? Why are women the ones that should change their last names?
