True,but I no gree...looking at the bright side,my enterprenueral mindset keeps telling me that I'm bigger than my present state of mind(company,colleague,situation e.t.c) so each time I take the risk of leaving the office(atimes without excuse),its with the mindset that a better offer awaits me on the other side...

Just tell your boss you have an interview to attend, note what he/she has to say. explain things to him/her logically, I believe most of us wants to succeed in life even including your boss. If you are really important to the company and they value your work, they might work out something better for you in that organisation.

You don't have to tell a lie to achieve anything in Life, where you are destined for you would surely get, there and most likely not by lies.
