Good day house ,I on my Srt 4954H & i saw software update display on my screen because my decoder has a WiFi connection i took the remote click on upgrade then it has stocked at 82% for the past 45 minutes still no movement, Pls do i do to avoid the decoder damaging? off it. Nothing will happen to it. Don't do it again. But if you are in lagos, i can help you upgrade with my flash drive. WhatsApp me if necessary . The only time tou shouldn't off the decoder is when installation of the software is going on. But when downloading software, the decoder is still safe

Yes you need dish to enjoy many satellite directions. You can WhatsApp me to know more. As per chmax, you will need enough data to watch channels on it. Forever enabled decoders help a lot to cut your cost of watching satellite tv

You mean NTA, Trust TV, Impact TV, MBC 2, etc working? I'm not talking about Satview channels, some other Ghanaian channels on Türksat or the Arabic MBCs (that just came back), we're talking about main Nigcomsat channels.

NTA, hi impact and others are working except Impact tv Africa and frw more that are offline

depending on the skewing of your LNB, nigcomsat tp can give you joy tv signal. Try lowering your dish and see if you can get it. But if you don't get it, then engage a good installer and learn from him. Thumb up for making attempt

It was a technician who did it.
When I was using just one LNB, I was picking up Globe TV,Hennes TV,MBC 1,2,3,NTA,AIT,NYSC,ABS, Gaskiya Plus etc
When he added the second LNB, which pick up french channels like CRTV sports,Kumasi TV, Africana Man etc, I lost Globe TV, Hennes TV etc
Now madam finds it boring as Globe TV is no longer accessible as she enjoys the Nollywood aired on the channel.
