There is not that much to do other than asking which courses are missing according to them, and then research which ones you can take at a Nigerian or Norwegian university to fulfill the criteria (if you wish to give the program an additional try in the future).

I suppose you were required to provide evidence of funds during the application process.

A friend applied to the same physics msc at NTNU but was declined base on low GPA. He graduated with a second upper (3.57). How can that be low.?

I think they are waiting for persons to decline an offer to create room for people like us that are yet to receive any acceptance/rejection email. So technically I am on waiting list

Tromsø have not sent me a rejection/admission notification, I hope I still have a chance with them. I am also awaiting NTNU decision tomorrow, hopefully I can beat the odds and get a very surprise good news.
