The air we breathe contains ---

21% Oxygen

And less than 1% of other gases like inert gas.

Whenever we breath, We inhale air normally and what is needed most of these constituents of the air is OXYGEN.. Oxygen gets to the lungs and moves into the blood and during this process carbon dioxide is removed through exhalation.

Other gases like nitrogen are unreactive and are exhale out.. So also for inert gases.

So the most stupidest thing I did, I was 17 years old then, I just finished secondary school. I was dating this girl who was 15 years.
So I was walking on the road with her, and I was apologizing for something insignificant.
She said the only way to accept my apology is to go on my kneels.
Imagine small girl dey tell me make I go on my kneels, I went on my kneels and apologize in a busy road.
