All this una arrangee beneficiaries that we only see during elections. Nigerians are becoming wiser by the day. Was it not one yeye rep member from Enugu that went to hide sawing,grinding machines, bikes etc for him house and probably waiting for this moment to share them as his own gift and not a constituency project before icpc broke into his warehouse and discovered them.
