This is really unfair, why giving a human being 130yrs term, its as good as sentencing him. I don't think Nigeria where this inhuman to Ghanaian's when they were refugees in here. We took them as one and harboured them, there is God oo |
My name is Emmanuel Emeka, a prisoner in Ankaful maximum security prison, Cape Coast, Ghana. I’m serving a jail-term of 130yrs imprisonment and I’m presently in my 8th year. We appeal to the Nigerian government to please come to our aid. The condition here has been so unbearable for (we) Nigerian prisoners in Ghana. We need to reconnect with our families. The Ghanaian police are fond of arresting innocent Nigerians, giving them high sentence of 50yrs 70yrs 100yrs 150yrs to 200yrs. Most of us have spent 8yrs 10yrs 15yrs 17yrs 20yrs inside prison and some have died inside the prison without completing their jail-term. Our families are in the dark, they really don’t know what we are facing. We’ve spent a lot of money trying to appeal in court, but all is to no avail. Within my 8years in prison, I have witnessed over 100 deaths of Nigerian citizen in the Ghana prison and most of their families are not even aware. They still keep the hope of their return without knowing they are dead and buried with no rites. We appeal to the government of Nigeria to please act on our behalf so we won’t continue to perish in this peril. There are many Nigerians in all the 46 prisons in Ghana that need help from the Nigerian government. Also the media, kindly keep spreading the message until it finally grips the attention of the able government. To fellow citizens of Nigeria, our brothers, sisters, fathers and mothers, please continue to pray for us and do what you can to return us back home. Another sad part is that most of us are on sick bed, no drugs for us. This is the unseen hardship Nigerian citizens in all the prisons in Ghana are facing and myself inclusive. I’ve been sick for the past 2 months and they have not taken me to the hospital or give me any drug. They treat us like animals, they give us dry garri everyday, no access to communication. I know how I suffered to get this phone to send this message to you. Please, on this message, lies the survival of about 800 to 1000 Nigerian prisoners in the 46 prisons in Ghana who are in this type of high sentence. Help us spread the message to all the four corners of Nigeria to make campaign for our freedom because that is the only hope left for us. |

I believe when u collaborate with a fuel station,I mean running the mini plant in a fuel station, will u use the stations dpr and other licenses or will u have to process a separate license for the business? |
@op,from your what u wrote,u made mention of wanting to settle down with her. My bro, believe me marriage is more bigger thing than sex. In marriage,u don't settle for less or marry out of pity unless it happened accidentally. The girl in question wants to know ur performance and be on a safer side b4 settling down with u. It will be disastrous if she finds out that u have a 5yr old joystick or u can't last more than 2mins,after marriage. It will translate to cheating u which she wants to avoid now. U guys needs to understand yourselves sexually b4 venturing into marriage, talking from experience. Pls my bro, that girl is wise and conscious of what she is saying,so its better u give in at least once and prove yourself a man or you will loose her,or she will eventually cheat on u after marriage, unless u are hiding something from her. My advice. |
Pls how much could land me a 2000/01 toyota avalon and 03/04 toyota camry big for nothing(big daddy). And which of the two would u prefer I go for. Your response will highly appreciated, thanks. |
EbukaFran:You don't even know the meaning of a nation, pls refer to your dictionary for proper guide. You said Nnamdi kanu is a terrorist, but your incompetent DSS has been unable to convict him or produce convincing evidence against him for terrorism charges, for over 60 days now and counting. And they still held him against his wish, against court orders to release him thereby trampling on his human right and depriving him of freedom. Doesn't this show you how lawless this contraption called nigeria is? Makes me think of leaving this country for good, cos the things happening here has confirmed to me that nigeria is a failed state and its about sinking sooner or later. |
EbukaFran: |
Rip bro, this is so unfortunate. Nigeria is a failed country, cos I see no reason why the custodians of the law are breaking it by ply one way route. May that police officer suffer and know no peace unless he confesses, ijn. Amen. |
Do you guys think its easy for one man to forcefully have sex (rape) with a grown up girl or lady?you must be joking. I don't think this is rape, cos even if u hold her hands with ur hands, there is no way u can penetrate, reason am nah, unless u guys are two or three b4 it can be possible. So the girl is just looking for a way to payback the guy for probably deceiving her. A girl that was truly raped won't even have the nerves to report it,she will prefer it as a secret, unless in most serious severe cases. The way girls are claiming rape nowadays is alarming. You went to a guys house,ur clothes were not torn, and u claim rape, this always got me thinking! Ssssshhhh! |
What is u guys problem with this issue, the girls consented to having sex with them, cos its one of the prerequisite in joining the cult, and they want to be initiated thereby waiting for turns. So I don't know its ur headache. The girls sef won't be happy with the police for spoiling their show. So please its not a rape abeg. Next topic pls ******sipping my alomo with bread and akara balls******* |

A Magistrate’s Court in Wuse Zone 2 of the Federal Capital Territory has fixed December 16 for ruling on whether or not to strike out the charges instituted against a leader of Biafra agitation and Director of Radio Biafra, Mr. Nnamdi Kanu, by the Department of State Services. The ruling was earlier scheduled for December 1, 2015 but the presiding magistrate, Shuaibu Usman, could not sit because he was bereaved. Findings by our correspondent on Monday showed that the ruling had been rescheduled for December 16. The magistrate had on November 22, 2015 adjourned earlier date for his ruling on an application by the DSS through its lawyer, Mr. Moses Idakwo, to discontinue the case. Idakwo had on November 22 applied for the discontinuance of the charges against Kanu in line with provisions of section 108(1) of the Administration of Criminal Justice Act 2015 due to what he described as fresh facts in the case which could not be entertained under the court’s jurisdiction. On December 1, when ruling was scheduled to be delivered on the application, the magistrate who was said to be bereaved did not sit. The DSS did not also produce the accused in court. But despite the absence of Kanu from court, there were some of his supporters waving Biafra flag in front of the court premises. They also held placards bearing inscriptions of solidarity for Kanu. There was also a detachment of policemen, numbering close to 60 on ground, to monitor the conduct of the Biafra supporters. The supporters peacefully left the usual point of convergence during previous court sessions at about 9.45am, apparently after realising that Kanu would not be produced in court and that the court would not sit. Kanu’s lawyers, led by Mr. Jude Aboje, had during the hearing on November 22 opposed the application for discontinuance of the case, demanding that the orders of the court directing the release of the accused from DSS custody must be complied with before the case was struck out. |
