I don't believe being denied admission has anything to do with spiritual prblm..it is a general phenomenon here in most schools(if not all) in Nigeria..it happens always...there is nothing bizarre in that...#just saying#

Exactly my thought...If all that got above 200 are invited for the p-utme..there is no way there won't be discrimination against 2nd choice candidates...it is unavoidable..

Lol..Why are you guys so bitter and resentful in your replies?..lol..it is a bitter truth,those who got higher marks performed better...no need to involve the brilliant dudes that got 300+....and about the marking,there was nothing dubious about it...it was just strict...u can criticise me again...

I know no matter what i say,some people won't believe...most of u that u're claiming u get 290+ can not even get closer to 250 if it were to be this yr's jamb..
In 2011,almost 3000 students got above 300...but last yr and this yr...they were 3 and 10 students respectively...no one need to tell you that the marking scheme has changed over time...
all my brothers/friends that wrote it in 2010&2011 got above 250 without anybody helping them..one of them got 204 this yr..come and re-write it..and smell urself..

Those pple shouting that jamb should be scrapped i laugh at you..in a country like Nigeria,scrapping jamb would only make admission tougher..those who can reason well and deep will get my msg..Nigerian so corrupt than that...the truth is that jamb made use of negative marking..not that anymark was just awarded to anybody..
You can crucify me,it is alright and u are all welcome..

Okay..time will tell..

Those who got above 300 are exceptionally brilliant dudes and geniuses that would have gotten like 350+ if the marking sheme was not too strict...
One thing about negative marking is that it creates big differences in scores..
for instance sum1 got 45 over 50...he missed 5...so 45-5=40 marks..
And the other got 35..he missed 15..so 35-15=20 marks...
From this,the difference in their marks should have been 10(45 to 35)...But d negative marking increased it to 20(40 to 20)...
so that is just it..

For those saying those that got low marks didn't read enough and that when u wrote yours u performed better...i can bet it that if it were to be this year's jamb..none of you would have gotten closer to what u are saying u all got...
The simple truth is that jamb made use of negative marking...not that they just deducted marks anyhow..those u missed were deducted from the ones you got...they just started this strange marking scheme last yr...i know of a guy that got 286 in 2011 and 230 this year..
