Parents why not protect your kids from bastards like this old goat? Always keep a watchful eye, do not trust any male adult with your female child. Don't allow your kids go on errands for adults of the opposite gender. If you have daughters don't keep houseboys, if you have sons don't keep house girls, if you have both? then get a house girl instead of a boy(pls don't ask why). |

Aisha95: Thanks a lot. Seems you are now understanding my situation. Yes . I don't fancy crowds - trapped in the midst of people is likened to torture for me. It drains my energy. I prefer being in solitude. My hobbies: Reading (mostly literature and science stuffs), listening to music, movies, surfing the net et al. Okay, being an introvert is not bad at all, however in your case it's not helping you. You can make the most of it by listening to music that will lift your spirit, reading books that will motivate you and make you think more positively, watch movies that will make you laugh, join online chat forums with people that share your interests. Good luck |

Aisha95: Yeah. They are far away from home. One thing about me, is that I bottle up feelings yet am dieing in pains. I easily get hurt. Okay, you know what? start writing down your feelings. Do it and i assure you, it will make you feel better. Another advice i have for you, try controlling your emotions. It seems you get hurt easily because you don't understand people, and you judge yourself a lot. People like you should spend less time alone, because it seems your thoughts are self-destructive. What do you enjoy doing(hobbies)? |

matingo: Gud day doc, I've been a silent observer of this thread and I need to share my story. I have a phobia for hospitals, I can't remember when it started bt it's always bad. Once I get to a hospital, I start having anxiety, I breath faster and my heart starts racing, my palms sweat and my hands shake uncontrollably. Dr4, wen d vital statistics is taken it always shows dat my BP is high, but within me I know dat I'm not hypertensive it's just d phobia. As soon as I leave d hospital my body goes back to normal, d shaking stops and I start breathing normally. I have changed hospitals because of ds issue, because d doc keeps on treating high BP dn gets tired and refers me to a physician. I bought a digital gadget and at home I'll check it wen I'm alone it's always Ok, but at d hospital it's always bad. Sorry for the long epistle, how can I be calm when in the hospital, I've tried many times to calm myself it does not work, I'm always afraid in the hospital, please help. It seems like you suffer from hypochondria. |

Indeed its a cruel world of men. She's marrying your money not you, as you wouldn't have much to offer a 25 year old lady @70, besides she'll surely be cheating on you with that age difference. Cruel world indeed |

Teacup: Hello guys please i need sincere advice on this issue. I am a Hr officer with an outsourcing firm and my annual net pay is 1500000. I was invited for an interview by hr recruitment firm and i was asked my expected renumeration thats how much i will like to earn. I said 3000000 net per annual. They did not negotiate it with me but told me that they cant afford it. I got their response through mail. Did i rate myself so high and in future what do you think i should fill as expected amount Yes, you rated yourself too high. Next time do a background check on the company, do some research to help you estimate what the company can afford for a start. |

It seems this company played a fast one on you. Have a lawyer look through your employment letter to check if your right as an employee has been infringed. If it has, then i advice you to pursue legal action against them. Please try to move on as fast as you can even if you choose to sue them. Good luck |

ILIDEFI: Shut up! What do you know? Most of the MDAs here in Abuja have over 70% of their staff as northerners because of situations like this. When the directors and d heads of the MDAs are mostly northerners, and getting a job these days is often by link and connection, how do you expect other Nigerians to stand a chance in these MDAs?
Southerners graduate with 1st Class and 2¹ yet wallow in joblessness for years, while their counterparts from the north get govt jobs easily even with 3rd class, and you tell me it doesn't matter. Please tell them |
