For me I use windows7, 64bits, 6gb ram and 500 gb hard disk.
32bits and 4gb ram with 250gb storage is good

He did not lose unless you are not updated. He won with a margin of close to two million votes but the result was altered. This was the reason INEC halted the announcement of the result for over over 24 hrs. Please be honest and say the truth.
