The worst part is banks won't accept the old notes......so people into business won't also accept the old notes.
Banks should better not open in states like Lagos..... because the kind of anger they would see ehn.......😔😔😔😔 |

peaceland: Good day @Pierced Came across this post by chance. What is the situation now?. Hope a viable option came up and successful? Wishing you & your family the best. I had a similar experience with my late spouse but it didn't end as expected. Turned out there was underlying LMS which scan cannot detect but see as fibroid. Did the surgery only for aggressive LMS to take over. Fought well but eventually she got called home to rest. I do sincerely hope your mother have a much better experience. In this part we are still not well advanced in biopsy and other ways of getting better results from tests. If you can please share the solution so others can learn from your experience. Thank you, do have a lovely day. By the way the stc stuff is (in my experience) pure rubbish, borderline scam. Thank you. She went for the surgery.......hysterectomy was done....she was already getting better....then kidney problem started (6 to 8 weeks after the surgery). The surgery was done in April......she died in July. What is aggressive LMS? |

soojar: Am I the only one that read the CBN memo on the extension or what? because from the comments I'm seeing so far it's like people are not aware.
Let us leave the supreme court ruling aside, the CBN says the old note will cease to be a legal tender (you can't use it to buy goods and services again) after 10th February, BUT YOU CAN STILL DEPOSIT IT INTO YOUR ACCOUNT TILL 17TH FEBRUARY.
What this means is that even if Buhari doesn't respect the supreme court ruling you can still safely take your old naira notes to the bank for deposit only (not exchange) till 17th.
We learn everyday Yes.......u can still deposit it.....but it is at CBN itself......not commercial bank. |

Gerrard59: There are some departments of that nature - Biochemistry, Chemistry and Geophysics in OAU, Chemistry in Uniuyo and Chemistry and Computer Science at my alma mater - they have a history of abysmal grades with lecturers who hate seeing students excel. For instance, in one of the departments in OAU, I mentioned, it has been a very long time first class grads convoked from it. Meanwhile, first-class grads are plentiful in Accounting and Chemical Engineering (has produced some of the overall BGS in the school). In mine, the dude who graduated with a first was lucky as he was not popular within the department until his final semester (had lots of Cs and even a D). Then, there were grumbling by lecturers stating "how come he is graduating with such when he is not an indigene?". However, the same people were at the helm of affairs when two indigenes had the chance to convoke as first class grads, but they made it seemingly impossible. Thankfully, the dude is now at NNPC. Luckily, my department was not (and is not) like that. We had quite a high number of first class grads compared to sister departments, and most weren't even indigenes.
My advice: if you cannot beat them or join them in what they do, let go and choose another department. In your search, assess how many first class grads convoked from the department, how many 2'1s it has produced, when was the last time she churned out a first class grad etc. With this, you can judge the mentality the lecturers have towards academically good students. U forgot to mention zoology in OAU. Zoo should be the first. |

Lemos14: Oh okay thanks Better go and deposit it at the bank tomorrow...... don't believe NL political jobbers. If CBN wanted to extend the deadline....they would av released a statement publicly. Modified: I just went to UBA to deposit.....I asked them if they were going to collect old notes on Monday.....they said it's until CBN gives them the order the collect old notes......if not the deadline is today. I asked them when to they will close....they said 3pm. It's better to av 3k cash in 50 denomination than 1k denomination in old notes. At least market women won't reject ₦50 denomination no matter what. |

If u come to my shop...... it's either you are transferring or you are giving me new notes.

RoxyBrownAutos: If your prediction is based in the states controlled by each major political parties, you are wrong. What happened in katsina APC rally today is a tip that APC is loosing some of the state they controlled. Labour party cannot win any state in the east. The south east and south, south is PDP controlled states. Labour party will only get sympathy votes across all states in Nigeria. Spot on. PDP will never allow LP win south east states......like if PDP should loose south east.....that means Tinubu has won......no matter what Atiku get in the north. But most people don't understand. |

I am also part of a strategy and research committee for a presidential candidate in south east and South South.

Politics › Re: How South South South/southeast Will Vote(final Predictions) by Pierced(f): 1:11pm On Feb 06, 2023 |
Digitron: There is no PDP in Enugu state technically for the presidential election.
When it comes to grassroot structure, there is no state in the east where LP has presence like Enugu state.
They have candidates in all the position and the candidates are popular and reputable.
APC will come second in the presidential election in Enugu state ahead of PDP Lol.....like there's no PDP in Enugu State? Av u noticed the way APC supporters and officials are being attacked by UGM? Most Grassroots APC supporters don't come out to campaign openly for Tinubu. I think u should know why. If chimaraoke is so openly supporting Tinubu.....he should come out and hold a rally for him......let's see if he won't be attacked. |

PDP has more power in South East to than the way APC has power in Lagos. It's the popularity of PDP in South East that will give them the ability to rig......just the same way the popularity of APC in Lagos will them the ability to rig. |

He won't win a single state in his region sef. I am seeing 500k for LP in Enugu.....like where will the 500k come from. In Enugu....no other party except PDP exits there. It's insane to think PDP will just sit back and allow a LP win in their strong hold. |

What the seller did happens a lot in business.....he saw a better price for the t.v and decided to sell it. The most important thing is to refund the money to the buyer.
Even the buyer sef bought the tv because he know he could sell it at a better price. There's nothing wrong if the seller decided to make extra 50k gain.....after all he returned the money of the former buyer. |

Reason is because I am into business......and I won't av time through out this week..... because I want to go to the market throughout......then go to the bank for deposit on Monday.
Omo........I will choose meeting CBN deadline over collecting pvc. |
