The goal here is to impeach Fubara, [b]the goal then was to install Wike as Governor which Amaechi was resisting, [/b]so Amaechi shutting down the courts did not stop the installation of Wike as governor despite "power of governor" which is small by the way compared to the power of the presidency.

Right now the assembly complex is sealed tight with federal might and only allow access to Wike's faction with instructions to impeach Fubara.

I still insist he was ill-advised, he should have tolerated Wike for 4yrs to get 8yrs after all they were best of friends.
