I blame the employee. He had also treated his former employer unjustly by leaving him when he is most needed.

Bottom line: Nigerians should start thinking of how to create employments and employ people, not clinging to a job created by another man. I would rather getting a paid employment is just to raise a little capital to start up something, not slaving for another till you retire. That way, Nigeria can grow.
