HealthRe: Ebola Case Confirmed & Treated In Lagos by pingpong1: 7:22pm On Sep 08, 2014
Coldfeet: You just took it right out of me I wondered the same toohuh What did they use to treat those that have been discharged? And what are they using on those still in isolation that they couldn't or didn't use on the dead ones? Let them not be counting malaria and typhoid fever survivors as ebola survivors please.
Maybe those that were discharged never had it. They won't tell us those they are suspecting of having it and those actually treated of the virus. This is Nigeria.

psucc: Fading away like the dates of the morning
Losing their light to the glorious sun
Thus would we pass from and its toiling
Only remembered by what we have done

CHORUS
Only remembered, only remembered
Only remembered by what we have done
Thus we will pass from this earth and its toiling
Only remembered by what we done
This is for funerals..

Statement on Big Brother Hotshots
By DStv | Tue, 02 Sep 2014

M-Net and Endemol SA advise that, due to a devastating fire at the Big Brother house on 2 September 2014, Big Brother Hotshots will not launch Sunday 7 September as scheduled.

The cause of the fire at this stage is unknown and investigations will commence as soon as it is safe to do so. At this stage, M-Net and Endemol are urgently looking for an alternative Big Brother house in which to film the production, however as this production has highly technical infrastructure, camera and edit requirements an alternative is not immediately available.

Every effort will be made to find a solution as quickly as possible to ensure that Africa’s biggest reality show will continue.

SportsRe: FG Responds To FIFA Ban By Stopping N253 Million NFF Monthly Pay! by pingpong1: 4:32pm On Jul 15, 2014
Are we going to cut our nose to spite our face? Nigerian football will suffer if the FG takes this ill-advised path. Tit-for-tat will not work. Check if the NFF hasnt donated any sum to the ruling party before. Let us handle the issue in a mature way. It is simply because no corrupt official in time past has been apprehended that is why FIFA is surprised we are tackling the NFF.

Tecno to drive revenue growth with
Phantom AIII
JANUARY 7, 2014 BY AGENCY REPORTER
Phone maker, Tecno Mobile, is targeting
revenue growth in 2014 through its
Phantom AIII phone released into the
Nigerian market in the last quarter of
2013.
The firm, in a presentation on its latest
technologies, said it was looking to
further deepen its smartphone
penetration and also grow its market
share in Nigeria.
The firm said the device provided an
easy access to innovation in mobile
technology as it was produced
considering the purchasing power of the
average Nigerian.
The Phantom AIII smartphone is an
upgraded version of the Tecno Phantom
A+. It has a sleeker body and bigger
screen than that of its predecessor, and
comes with 6.0” captivating HD touch
screen, 4.2 Android operating system,
with a 3.75g network capability and
1.5GHz quad core processor.
The dual SIM smartphone is designed
with a package of 8.4mm slim body.
According to the firm, the Phantom AIII is
equipped with memory capacity of 16GB
ROM plus 1GB RAM, 13mega pixel rear
camera and 8mega pixel front camera.
It also has social media applications like
Facebook, Whatsapp and Palmchat. The
gadget is preloaded with the BBM
application of smartphone maker,
BlackBerry.
This technology, Tecno said, will drive
mobile Internet access, which will further
open new vistas for innovation.
It added, “Studies indicate that most
people now access the Internet through
their mobile phones as opposed to PCs.
Like the AIII, more Internet series mobile
phones will be introduced in the nearest
future to serve the growing demand of
customers.”
The device, which has access to over
1,000,000 applications, it explained,
comes with free monthly 500MB free
data for 12 months from Etisalat Nigeria.
