I vote LUPEY |

ogugua88: My mind is very open. I do watch pageants. I hope you realize that there's a world of differences between national and international pageants and Miss Nairaland. Our contest is 12 months old. I also hope you realize that national and global pageant contestants prepare for over a year. They eat and exercise to get their bodies looking the way they want. Their trainers bombard them with hundreds of potential questions. I saw that you are rooting for Nadia, Lupey, and Graise. Have you trained any of them mentally or physically? There's no comparison.
Miss World and Miss Universe contestants devote their lives to the pageants in which they're contesting. We asked every day women to participate, and those who could have done so. As you have noticed, most of them work or are in school. Our contestants had less than three weeks to prepare for a revamped contest. Essentially, they are guinea pigs.
The 24-hour deadline will remain. If the time is too much, then we'll make the necessary changes after the male and female contests have ended.
We do not believe in shifting goal posts during the middle of a match. This is a classy response. A glaring difference from pseudo-intellects |

I've never understood why people study Medicine to be honest, save for the "prestige" of answering "doctor, doctor", and i notice that most parents actually are responsible for this trend, forcing kids to read this course just to live their dreams through these children or prove a point to friends and relatives perhaps, that they have good genes as demonstrated by the intelligent children they birthed? Honestly? I don't think the rewards are worth the hassle.
My nigga, if you you aren't up to it, abeg change career! No go give person pikin 1000mg of Kilamycin for natin! Damn I was so right! I knew behind the façade there was a sane soul. @OP, I can relate to your inner struggles, my bf did medicine, wrote the first part of USMLE but his heart wasn't in medicine and he was tired of living the life folks expected of him. He went and got an M.Sc in Global health specializing in Health Economics works in an NGO. Never seen happier as he discusses proposals etc. He's working on starting his Phd in Policy sometin sometin lol but hope you get my drift. Why petroleum Eng? Is it cos of the pay or your passion for it? Hav you thought of biomedical engineering? It's a better alternative if you're not feelin the vibe of Pub health #mytwocents |

Romance › Re: Long Distance Relationships: Just Say No To The Torture. by Pink1: 3:57pm On May 27, 2013 |
Maj. Headache: I bet she gurgled up alot of different Sea Men when you guys were apart.
You don't understand a woman.
A woman needs a man rite by her side always to keep her from turning into a slut.
If you are not around the next d1ck that swings her way will get her attention and desires.
Think about it...
Summary of what I am rattling about is that a woman's allegiance is equal to the worth of used toilet papers.
Woe unto any man that feels contended with life because he thinks he has a woman that loves him.
Women can fall in love in the morning, b1tch in the afternoon, break up with you in the evening and wake up in the arms of another man the next day.
All this feminist crap isn't helping either, with blurry gender roles and false equity being propped up between men and women.
A woman will cheat on you, tell you in your face, cry and tell you it was your fault that another d1ck got jammed into her mouth because you were not sensitive to her needs.
And there is no pleasing them either. Money, looks, d1ck size, intelligence aside she will still cheat on you if you given them the excuse.
God designed them to have a limited productive span for a reason as against Men.
Treat them like a piece of ploughed fields, if it isn't fertile or useful any more move on.
I hate Islam with passion but one thing I know is that polygamy (if you chose to want to make a lifetime vow to an inherent hoe specie) is the best option when it comes to how to handle women.
Why manage when you don't even need to recycle but dump and get a new one? You sir must be a slowpoke |
Phones › Re: What Are Your Experiences With Refurbished Phones by Pink1: 6:31pm On May 23, 2013 |
yuzedo: I think my first experience was with a used iPod Touch... That buy was probably the greatest steal of the century as it was preloaded with over 16GB of some of the greatest songs ever, lots of artistes that i didn't know then but who have come to be in my favorite list. It lasted forever and only kaputted when it fell in a bucket of soapy water!
Subsequently, every blackberry phone i have owned was purchased 2nd hand at CV. Eevn before that, my Nokia xPress music 5800 (bought from a friend at almost brand new price) because frankly, i don't believe in breaking the bank for gadgets that are: 1. Prone to theft 2. Prone to damage 3. Aren't investments
Spending ridiculous amounts on phones which in a few months time gets upgraded and you're stuck with an old model, feeling ripped off isn't sexy, so i kuku just buy wetin person don use. They are most times very very clean and defect-free, and the only problem might be that they are stolen stuff shipped into Naija, which would be quite unfortunate, but, hey.. How man go do na?!
P.s. None of my purchases has ever spoilt during use, mostly lasts over 2yrs before i feel the strategic need to upgrade. Na wa o, didn't know second hand/okirika is allowed in Banana Island abi are you a Mai guard? |

Goldienana: I hate it when he use d latter K to respond to me, n hardly opens mouth to say I love u 1st,,, he likes being d one always saying I love u too. His ma handsome though and I love him.. Are you sure we're not dating the same person? lol. The 'K' just kills me imagine after typing a whole funny/dramatic etc encounter I had with someone he will just reply 'K' arggh i will feel like screaming lol. And the 'I love you', he hardly says that too he says the words are sacred lmao and that it has been commonized by folks that say it one minute and cheat the next - he has a point though but I know deep down without a hint of doubt that he loves me and he shows it - guess you cant have it all |
