ROLE PROFILE
Job Title: Personal Assistant to Executive Director/General Manager (ED/GM)
Job Summary: To provide secretarial and administrative support to the office of the ED/GM
Job Description:
• Management of the ED/GM diary and appointments
• Manage output, workflow and office deadlines
• Take and relay accurate and timely messages from telephone callers, and answer queries where possible
• Collect and Manage letters and other correspondences
• Draft, type and dispatch all the ED/GM correspondence
• Schedule meetings, prepare agenda’s and take minutes for all meetings.
• Maintain a comprehensive filing system
• Co-ordinate travelling logistics, organize local transportation etc.
• Tabulate and retrieve ED/GM official expenditures and claims
• Undertake any other duties as requested by the ED/GM
Qualification
• Male aged between 24 – 28 years.
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial studies or Humanities
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Excellent people skills, team player, hard working, flexible and disciplined manner
• Strong interpersonal skills, open-minded, proactive, result-driven and self-confidence
• Able to work under pressure and possess systematic organizational skills
• Strong MS Office skills and computer knowledge
• High level of professionalism when dealing with confidential and sensitive information.

Job Location: Lagos

Salary Range : 1 Million Naira per annum
