In my honest opinion,I blame the whites 100%.



They were the real innovators of Lagos colony.
They lived,worked and established their businesses in Lagos colony thereby developing it to a city. They still merged Lagos colony to the rest of the country hence magnifying it's (Lagos) problems.


SA as a large country has 3 to 4 developed cities because the whites lived and occupied these places,built houses and establishments.
Abuja that the FG has poured in billions of naira into is still running in circles.
