Let me answer this a little.

Well Technical issues, is not in anyways related to our results, results are ready.

Technical issues are related to preparing work tools and all other entry protocols for the incoming.
E.g importing laptops, creating work curicculum, approach to induction, approach to medicals... Etc.

Best bet as a firm: PwC policy is have all prepared before sending offers.

Wild guess There's was an increase in performance and maybe increase need to bring in more people, hence we might be more than the regular Associate intake. Hence, more preparations and technicality needed.

Tbh! They said August, this is the last day of August. If it doesn’t drop today, I don’t even trust Sept 1st.

I have even forgotten how my interview went self... ... Nothing to use to rate your performance, rather than to hope you are successful. I'm na wondering how it is for the HR guys that went through the interviews of more than 200 of us... If they didn't document the performance there and then, omo it might be difficult to compile thereafter. But I believe they have their methods.

We Joy!!. September is almost here at least. Now we know it's definite.

Hi Everyone... . I know the waiting has been exhausting but at least we know that for everyday that passes, it makes us one day closer to our success mail..

But those 2016 set tried ooo... I guess it's because they told some of us to expect a reply in August, it made everyone expectant.

Meanwhile there's something about tomorrow that looks like it's gonna be it... Let's wait and see.

In the mean time expo: salary scale has gone up in pwc last month, so we should be expecting a pay close to 200k net, around 196 above...

And those that are chartered accountants amidst of... A pay day of above 200k.

I was going to say it will crawl in like a snake..... last year and last two years, they got feedback 2 weeks after the last day of the interviews I think ( according to the threads) so this one is a snail already. You win!

Omo success mail don turn to ruminant and non ruminant Animal.... I'm just laughing here

Note the following times:

1:30 to 2:45pm

2:30 to 4pm

5:40 to 6:45pm


If nothing drops in those periods... Just drink water and wit till next week.

Employment document can be prepared anytime between now and September.

What we want for now is the result of the interview, to calm the tension.

Well it's not good practice to send success mail when you have not prepared employment documents... And you know that.

Seriously at this point.... No one can be sure anymore... I think the recruitment team are working overdrive.
There have been a lot of interviews for experience hires this week, and you know preparing employment documents for more than 100 people is not an easy work. They will want to make sure everything is in place before sending mails.

It will come when it comes jare....
