The yoruba idea of 2 hands must not mix the Akara barter is a formality and has nothing to do with it taste. However, if the beans is soaked or washed with hot water this could course it sour and it better be kept in a cool condition if the Akara Barter is yet to be use.
To archive a good shape as beautiful as am having it in the picture u need slow down the fire and drop it in the hot oil systematically and without rushing. Then high the fire a bit for it not to soak.

This people get to mix up coz d Turkish are famously known with countless recipe types which are also popular and been mixed up and ascribe to other countries. This make d name Doner prominent in our midst.

Ingredients;
- 1 bunch of Ugwu or Pumpkin leaves
-1 bunch of Water leaves
-1 tablespoon of crayfish
-Dry fish
-Stockfish
-Assorted pieces of meant
-1 cup of Periwinkles(Shelled or unshelled)
-Goat meat
-Pepper(Rodo/Cameroon Pepper)
-Seasoning cube
-Salt to taste.

METHOD:
- Wash the Periwinkle with salted water
- Boil the meat with assorted pieces, add dry fish and Stockfish,add the crayfish, add the palm oil for it to cook out together, add Season with salt to taste.
- Cover to cook for few minutes and add your washed Snail if necessary then, cover to complete the cooking!!!
-When the meat is done all others are done as well!!! Add the Periwinkle, personally I preffered unshelled periwinkle as I enjoy the process of sucking it out each periwinkle.
-Add Water leave first, then after few minutes, stair and add Ugwu and live to cook for few minutes.
At this stage its good and sensationally delicious and aromatic if you sprinkle in it a table spoon of " Turkish Black Pepper".

Meklex: Its my first time of cooking egusi soup, I added everthing and then came the scary moment of adding salt which I did to my utmost suprise tasted just ok, with smiles I opened my two cubes of star maggi and then closed the pot for a moment and afterwards opened it to taste it only to sense extreme salty soup....is the maggi guilty or am I trying to lay the blame on maggi??

its very important we note dat d ofada rice as it nature wich made it differ 2others,rice generally are not meant 2b over per boiled infact,some culinary xpact against dat n propounded d option of washing yah rice with salt as ds will just reduce d starch level of d rice. liftedone: How do I get rid of the smell of the Ofada rice? The first time we cooked it at home, it stank up the whole house. Someone told my sister we should wash with hot water and salt and today, that's what I did. It was a lot better, cos it didn't smell as much, but it still smelled. And I had to wash the thing so many times, more than 10 times, I'm sure. We are just trying to finish what she bought, so it won't go to waste. The rice wahala too much. And I don't know what the craze for it is about. Lagosians and fads!
