What other proof in lieu of the receipt can be accepted because prior to now my Ex/ Baby Daddy has been mostly responsible for the rent and he interface with the agent, so I can first ask him to send a soft copy or maybe convince the crazy agent to provide me with the photocopy of the landlord's own copy.

It might take a while to access that. I don't want you to think I absconded during the waiting period.

Obviously he is trying to frustate me so that he can bring in new tenants so that his agency /commission fee could be secure. I offered to pay in 2 installments but he has been so difficult and uncomplimentary.

Hello everyone, what is the best way to tell my brother-in-law to stop peeing in the bathroom… like even if you pee there, you can at least flush it, like it’s sickening, the stench that comes from there is unbearable… plus I wash the toilet and bathroom like 3 times in a week, it just seem as if I’m wasting my effort in making the restroom clean….

You can at least pity someone’s effort…. I like everywhere clean and someone is just ruining it for me…. Whenever there’s a urine smell immediately I enter the house I can tell he is around cause he is the only one who does that….
