I encountered the same problem, after waiting for a long while, I used another email address.... I clicked on "Application" filled in the necessary information (which include the new email) then submit,

I receive a mail from them almost immediately with my email address as username and a special password something like C02435765ED. (which you can decide to change)

After that, I logged in and completed my application which was successful.

OK sorry but what he did is kidnap because he took her without my consent, he didn't pay any dowry for me and he didn't have the right to take her away from me. I will rather he abandon her to me forever than taking away her this is the worst punishment in my life. I did some background check through his friends who were living in my country too, even if I didn't go further because he is a foreigner but I trusted him and his friends. My friend was arrested back in 2013 she claimed that he forcibly took the child from her and there was nothing she could do because she was scared of him but a guy who has witnessed the scene said my friend was very calm she didn't seem like someone who was scared of him when she handle the child to ex, like I said earlier the justice system is corrupt so nothing happens to her because they realize her after few days. She has left the country.

My dear, I understand how you feel not being with your baby for such a long time, but your ex also have the right to be with her too...

Although he took her without your consent which I believe you will never give because of the way you guys ended things.

But, I will advise you to handle the situation calmly, get some of his pictures, visit the Nigeria embassy in your country so they can help you track him or better still, fly down to Nigeria and go to the police headquarters at Lagos or Abuja to help you with the search.... Then you both can reach an agreement on how you two will spend time with your daughter.

I do hope this drama reconcile the bitterness you guys have for each other.
