Sold another one this week. I picked the name from the drop and contacted a few people. Someone replied with the usual "how much?" I quoted $499, but no reply.

So I went to include the $499 on my undeveloped page. After 3 days, I sent a mail informing him of the bin that I included.

Yesterday, I received that message that it sold. And the funniest part is that I'm no so sure it was the guy who inquired about the price that bought the name.

Undeveloped, as always, credit me in less than 24 hours.

This particular domain has been developed already into a website.
Everything happened within an hour, was an inbound offer, never bothered to counter, and he paid immediately, I transferred the domain immediately, and in less than 2hours a site is on the domain. A wonderful site.

Will review the name soon, as my money is still with them, haven't received a mail that it has been sent yet.

I believe because I have another transaction of $100 in escrow, am waiting for the auth code to send it to them, it's an Oklahoma geo domain, buyer made an offer of $100 and I accepted since 3weeks ago,did not bother to counter, held the domain name for like 2monthd and some days, before it sold. Bought it fof $1. So am waiting for auth code from Netsol, don't know why undeveloped refused a domain push and insisted on auth code.

I got to know about domain flipping since 2015 from d previous thread but I didn't read to understand how it works and went ahead to buy about 15 names which I couldn't sell until they expired.
That was how i lost interest and moved on.
Fast forward to 2019, I was searching for how to make d year a great one for me and I stumbled on d same thread. I said WAOW !!! this thing never die?
I decided to read through d thread. I read about 150 pages. First 70 and last 75 pages.
I then bought two names, make e no go be like d previous experience. Lol.
I listed dem on all d market places and undeveloped was d last place I placed d names.
Not up to 2 hours after placing on undeveloped,
I got a lead of $250, like say d guy don dey wait make I post am b4. I countered with $400 and chatted with d guy to raise d price small now. He said he could only pay $300. Na so I accepted sharp sharp to avoid stories that touch.
The guy just paid today since almost 8 days d offer was accepted oo.
Apology for d long epistle. Just want to point out that persistence and determination is what we need in every thing we do.
