An end user is interested in my domain name but he want to know my country before he will make payment. Though my whois is on privacy but I used my Nigerian facebook to reach him and he was interested only for him to ask for my location before he will buy it.

i have open a new acct with gtb but can't buy domain with my master card, I try both godaddy and namesilo nothing work out. I don't know if the acct is inactive on international transaction, call the no. at the back of my card all I was hearing is just boring background music, telling me to wait for 3min while my airtime is going.
