Dear Nairalanders, A piece of land in ikorodu (Adamo) or (Agbowa), I am so confused and don't know where to choose. Why I have the two options: Budget is just around 500k for one plot of land. Adamo- close enough to ikorodu but I dont know anyone around there, just me and my God Agbowa- not close enough to ikorodu but my father in-law is around there and can help me look after the construction. The construction is just to plan for retirement ahead, I am not even planning to leave the city in another 15 years. I need your advice on where to choose na beg I beg. @moderator, front page please. |

I have not checked the master break at all, will you recommend a replacement or repair. Thank you sir. HooxJnr: |
Hello to my Honda professors, I drive a Honda Civic 2008 a month before the lockdown I traveled from Lagos to Ogun state and getting to Ogun state my break went flat and the break oil container overflowed, attached picture is the break oil container that overflowed and was spilling break oil. A mechanic check the car legs and the break pad were still good so as the disc what can cause a sudden flat break and after leaving the car to cool down (temperature) the break will now rise again. Also my office is about 10minute away from my house and I can stay withing town for month without traveling, whenever I am withing the city I don't experience this flat break but when ever I travel a longer distance and speed all the way that is when I experience this flat break. It is the second flat break I have encountered and God saved me all the way I am scared and pray that a third flat break should not occur. My Honda guru, please what can I do?

lanrexlan:Nigerian government should look at the best vehicle assemble plant here in Nigeria and buy from them, any product but emphasis should be on quality and must be assembled here in Nigeria. Any brand no one should use indigenous as a scam to force them to buy from them. Peace Mass Buses (PMT) production line are even more advance than what we can see here. |
BeautifulMind2:Stop growing by cheating people, quality can never be compromised. |
BeautifulMind2:Trust me, my region people are smart people. Their money must be exchange for good things. |
BeautifulMind2:What you dont know, you don't know. Ask around where JAC assembly plant is, please. Also if a Chinese's company is producing a better product and has built a more automated process here in Nigeria, why wouldn't I patronize them? All this indigenous scam should stop. People must get real value for their money and buy good quality |
BeautifulMind2:I would rather buy a car from a production line like this rather than buy from Innoson with their deadly production line. Go and see JAC, Peugeot or Honda assembly plant here in Nigeria and spot the difference
|
BeautifulMind2:Innoson is a scam. Innoson is only an assembly plant just as we have JAC, GAC among others. Please is this how the vehicles are actually been made? No automated process, men making the vehicles. Buy Innoson at the risk of you life. Where is quality? Where is safety? Christ, what kind of country is this. I still can't believe that this is how a bus is been made. Heaven please come down |

If the building is getting weak, can i stay for another 6 month before i get another apartment and after the repairs the the roof looks fine. Seriously i need to make a decision here and i am still caught in-between. Thanks Dennis3D: |
Dear building engineers, i live in a 3 bedroom apartment and in all the rooms a portion of the roof has fallen before and fixed by the landlady (re-cemented), my rent will expiry at the end of February and i am contemplating on renewing my rent or just run away from this house. From the attached pictures does this means that the repairs are good enough for the house and i can still stay in the apartment or this are bad signs and i should just run away. Thank you engineers.

In this country, i feel it is safe not to have data. you turn on your data and read about fire/death/accidents/terrorism/cybercrime among others daily. Having to read these news daily can be scary. I live in fear in this country. |
