Pls has anyone heard from Jacobs university?, I applied for masters in international relations

I’m looking for schools I can apply to in Germany . I’m a computers science graduate with second class lower, I would love to purse my Master in computer science or data science . Your suggestions are highly welcomed . Thank you... also how does uniassistant work

Please I applied to university of Bremen in January to study international relations , and I checked the status on my student portal and all I see is test of application 2 ... please what does this mean ? And how long does it take to see your application results
