There is this 3 bedroom apartment with C of O bought around September 2014 and owner already occupying the property which is situated in Alimosho LGA in Lagos. A search was done to confirm authenticity and Land Use Charge bill comes yearly.

Can someone please state the step by step requirement and cost for the regularization of the papers viz-a-viz Governor's Consent or whatever name the change of ownership is called?

I need this info ASAP because I read somewhere that survey cost in Lagos will be hiked by over 100% by 1st April.

Again I'm glad that this is almost sorted though it doesn't look satisfactory to all parties which shouldn't be the minutest of your worry. A pedigree dog is and remains a pedigree if documents are provided whether given free or purchased so what are we not talking? For me, i cant buy or take a dog that is not pedigree even if I want to keep as a pet indoor.

Your subject should read for sale because adoption means you're giving it absolutely free. No one pays money to adopt dog-s so please modify your title.

Pls be reminded that this pup comes with a pedigree certificate up to the 5th (yes fifth) falial generation so it amazes me where your assertion could be coming from.

The dam, now attached, is equally as massive as the sire and those that have contacted me can attest to have seen both pix and vids.

Quite interesting i noticed most of the dogs being owned by these men and women are mostly small and toy breeds it shows they truely love and care for this majestic animals showing that is not all about security unlike here in nigeria basically most wealthy people i knw only keep dogs just for the security they provide thats why you normally find them going for larger and itimidating breeds just to satisfy there selfish interest thats Nigeria for you am happy with what i see in these developed countries i pray we learn from them soon

Nice point @Stan. To me, the major reason why many of them go for the small breeds is because the dogs live indoor hence not ideal for the medium or large breeds. Of course, security is not an option here considering their environment. Rather, they're after carving a niche by following decades of laid down tradition expected of their office.

It appears to me that we're still learning the rope on how to serve...and leave a lasting legacy.
