Oh apology for referring to you as a guy. As already noted by someone, your best bet would have been to reject the pup immediately and request for a refund. The puppy is not that bad but the truth is, it is not full breed and cannot pass GSD standard.

I think a lot of people should know that, not only GSD, no full breed dog is cheap especially from imported parents (i.e. sire and dam).

There is no gainsaying that Prodeegee is one of the most respected PetLander members here but I still dont expect you to hold brief for him since he is regular here and capable of stating his own side of the story.

@Eveezy, are u really serious that you no quality disqualification in this GSD @OKclothier posted? He must have trusted Prodeegee before parting with his money without seeing the dog and whether he stood as proxy is immaterial whatsoever.

I dont expect him to come and jump into a sale thread for the purpose of spoiling market but it appears to me that he has tried privately to resolve the issue without success.

This argument is always unending because God in His infinite wisdom didnt place the 2 beasts in the same forest. In d wild, these beasts can never meet talk less of a natural fight.

They are so different in their strengths and weaknesses. All lions and all tigers dont have the same fighting power so picking 1 domesticated lion and another tiger randomly for a staged fight still doesnt solve the puzzle.

My final take is that considering all things are equal in terms of age, weight, etc in the wild and the lion goes to the natural solitary territory of the tiger the latter will win. If the same tiger strays to the open habitat of the lion surely the lion is a winner.

Why? Because God didnt create them to fight each other.

Why is it almost impossible to withdraw money via ATM during weekends and public holidays especially with my darling bank - GT?

Today on my way back from work I stopped at GT Bank by Mobolaji Bank (near Sheraton) but no money out of 4 fitted machines. With low fuel I zoomed and veered off to their e-Branch at Toyin Street but the same story with their about 8 machines enjoying free AC. I left the car and walked to their Opebi Road branch but the same story. As i type, it is the same story with GT Bank at Idimu Road, Egbeda e-branch and Akowonjo.

GT please wake up and do same or remove the 24/7 stuff beside your ATM signposts. Why have branches and e-branches littered with AMT machines that are useless during weekends and public holidays?

I cant thank Access (for today), Fidelity, Zenith and other banks enough for saving me the umpteenth time.

Toyota 4Runner 2005 V6 4.0 litter engine with about 188,000km. Over 4yrs and yet to see a mechanic. I use regular Mobil XHP for servicing every 3 months. It was abt 145000 when I bought it. Never run from a vehicle because of just high mileage.

It means the mileage has been severely tampered with or vehicle wasn't used cos of problems. A car of over 13yrs old with only 7k mileage is laughable, a huge joke and an insult to our intelligence.

Nice pup but its too early @4wks to disengage her from the bitch. The earliest recommended is 8wks cos the pup needs to learn some behavioural traits from the mum, litter mates and get the needed natural immunity boost.

Do ensure the pup stays warm and clearn and avoid all forms of rigorous exercises. Also locate a good Vet close to you for assessment, deworming and check up.

Pls locate a qualified vet Dr. fast else it could be fatal.

For the meantime, isolate the infected dog and remove water and food. Yes water and food must be withheld for now. Ensure the faeces (and vomit) are cleaned and area disinfected wit hypo bleach and detergent.

The general hygiene of the kennel must be your priority now.

Royal Canin is very good but it's over hyped cos they sponsor lots of shows hence too expensive. Diamond to me is as good as RC based on results.

Diamond works, it's available and affordable so it's the best to me (in Nigeria).

It's from €1,400 excluding clearance fee at Naija airport. The sum includes the cost of the puppy, pedigree certificate filing if needed and shipping down to Nigeria. The pedigree certificate which is optional cost €100 only. Note that without this certificate your dog is not a pedigree whether imported or not.

Clearance here is between N40,000 and N60,000 from Europe. Whereas SA price is usually about or less than half the cost of Europe.

The above is a rough guide hence does NOT represent any actual cost or fee since several variables are normally involve.

At last the day is finally here. After over 4 months of intensive waiting and watching, my pup is finally here in Lagos. I'll be at MM1 to welcome and usher my CO pup, from Xandru I Kennels, home. His name, Avenger, was carefully chosen 'cos he has a mission to fulfill.

Only passion can drive this top notch purchase at this time considering the dollar to naira exchange rate more so when you dont intend to breed anytime soon. My post is to encourage someone out there that u dont need to be a breeder before you can go a pedigree dog. Yes it could be expensive but doing.

I wish I could call him Murphy (remember my other late CO?) but I was told by the breeder that the name must start with letter 'A' cos its the 1st litter of the dam.

Change your dog feed to Diamond or K9 and see the big difference. Diamond, though expensive is highly recommended. The poo will be much if the dog pass out all it consumes meaning the body didnt absord anything and surely such is not the right one for your dog.

I have used Honda Accord cars (Halla and Bulldog) and presently on Corolla and 4Runner). Let no one deceive you cos u cant compare Honda with Toyota.

If u buy the Babyboy cheap you'll sell it cheap and if you buy the Camry high it will be sold higher if not higher and easily. Babyboy (most) have gear box problem and the gear box is even more expensive than the engine. Fuel efficiently of Toyota is top notch...the best. Parts readily available and affordable. Even the money you'll save in buying fuel alone will account and repay u for the difference.

My verdict, get money and buy Toyota and thank this time next year for the peace of mind.

On Friday I proceeded for renewal of my Driver's Licence at Ojodu Berger after paying N6,350 online on https://www.nigeriadriverslicence.org as attached excluding sensitive data.

When I got there with my printed copy of the application attached), there was no issue with MVAA (Motor Vehicle Administration Agency). They confirmed my payment and cleared my application and was referred to VIO (Vehicle Inspection Office).

On getting there, VIO asked me for N1,000 of which I protested that it's 2nd renewal and more so I've paid online. They said I must pay and that others are paying. Therefore, I demanded what I was payment for and one of the ladies told me that N500 is for CD and the other (N500) is for listing. For the avoidance of doubt, I got my original DL in 2010 and 1st renewal in 2013 so I'm not meant to be treated like a learner so why must I keep buying VIO CDs? I started driving with uncaptured DL since 2005 which gives me over 11yrs driving experience. Why ask me to buy CD to study road signs and driving instructions when mine is 2nd renewal? I told the lady that I have 3 of same CDs in my car of which she demanded to see before excluding it. I managed to convince her but what if i didnt ask any question? They later told me that the other N500 is for driving test exam, initially they called it listing. I laughed aloud because I observed they were only after the money. Driving test exam fee for 2nd renewal applicant? Believe me, most people are so desperate for the DL and VIO is taking advantage of this fact to extort applicants.

To cut long story short I didnt pay a dime again because i involved Federal Road Safety Corp (FRSC) and when it was eventually signed I proceeded for my capturing at FRSC which was very smooth and timely. Luckily for me, I only paid the official amount of N6,350 and it was online.

My summation is that VIO officials are very rude, very money conscious and are the major bottleneck in obtaining original DL especially at Ojodu Berger. Could you imagine the amount they are raking in for doing almost nothing?

Are you guys having the same experience in other centers especially outside Lagos?
