@Bamz555 @ bullstricker @tederjunkie @kobobay
please I have 3 questions ❓that are urgent
1, My mom has a land which she is putting on lease with my brothers standing as the family representatives and the proceeds will be deposited into my account direct, a gift deed will be raise for me,I will be including the deed of lease, my question is will the deed be verified cos am asking our family lawyer to put his direct line on the document and not there office line incase they want to verify the deed cos I no want any story at all but he is insisting on putting their office line on the deed 2. Who sho raise the gift deed, my mom the owner of the land or my brothers who stood as our family representative.
3.when my mom purchased her land she was given a survey plan bearing the initial owners name, the deed of sales has the same name as the seller of the said land and my mom’s name as the buyer of the said land, we are yet to do a new survey bearing her name as we see no need for it taking into consideration the cost of survey plan in Lagos, question is can I include the survey since the same name is appearing as the seller of the land on the deed or I should just forget using survey completely.
Thank you, I will appreciate a rapid response |

tenderjunkie: I think you should write something then ask some pros here to review it for you.
With that you'll get yourself a convincing sop.
I did that and joge64 graciously assisted with reviewing mine.
He scored me low on my first attempt and highlighted the points I should work on. By the second attempt, I was good to go Most of this gurus have monetized sop review , I pray I get someone to graciously help with mine |

Hello, I am new here and have thoroughly reviewed almost all available information. I am about to embark on my study process and have a few questions regarding my academic pursuits. Specifically, I am currently pursuing a master's program with Noun and am unsure whether it would be advisable to proceed with a PhD or continue with another master's program. Additionally, my field of study is Communication Management and after conducting some research, I have discovered that McMaster only offers it as a part-time program, Seneca exclusively offers an online program, and the University of Ottawa is the only university that offers a full-time program, however, they are not eligible for PGWP. My question is, if I choose McMaster, would the part-time status of the program affect my visa processing? Alternatively, if I opt UOttawa what are my chances of applying for PGWP after completion of study. Thank you |
