I was in a public transport along eleme when I saw this heavily loaded vehicle swaying from one side of the road to another like a drunken sailor. The driver was busy gisting and laughing without a care in the world. The most troubling part was the fact that the security personnel along the road saw nothing wrong with it. Just flag down the man,stretch out your hand,collect your due and wave him on. It's unfortunate.

Without waiting to be told, any sensible person should know that the vehicle is a disaster waiting to happen..

For now, she can wear padded underwear like pads (but heavier). Set a timer every half hour, so she can get up and go and urinate. Is she having any complaints or physical symptoms that she is complaining of other than her bedwetting? She can also monitor her fluid intake especially nearing night times. She may need behavior re-conditioning.

In addition:

Get to a health center, start with simple blood work that include CBC (blood count), basic chemistry profile, and serum glucose (sugar) measurement. Consider KUB

You want to rule out: diabetes and urinary tract infection and abnormalities and diabetes and sleep disruptions such as sleep apnea.

For more in depth workup: include urodynamic testing (to determine if urological cause for her urinary incontinence. This can be performed by a GP (general practitioner or your doctor), but it is best if done by a urologist.

Can also sleep studies as well.

I do not live in Nigeria, but start with your a health clinic, from there she can obtain an evaluation and then a referral to a psychotherapist or a specialist as deemed necessary.

For now, try: setting an alarm every so often, so she can wake up and urinate in the toilet instead.

She also needs to visit a GP and get a basic laboratory test and exam performed to determine overall physical health.
