Charge him to a court with a competent and unbiased Judge and submit all the evidence to back up the allegations against him. This kind of case is actually a bailable offence but it doesn't mean they're letting him go free. It is just to give him time to speak with his legal counsel for ways to defend him. This is the law anywhere. Those against his bail are just being emotional- although I would advise the Police to keep him because many will lynch him and light him up to death if he ever sees the sun.
As for the videos raking out, it can't be shown for public view because they're protecting the image of the minor involved. So all those asking for video, it can never be released except someone leaks it out.
As for people casting the stone on him, make sure you do same when a woman maltreats her househelp.
Make sure you do same when a boy/man is being molested same way.
Make sure you do same when a man is being beaten up by a woman. Though this is rare but we can't rule it out.
You can't develop mentally if you listen to one side of a story. You will be a good judge or leader if you listen to both parties and look at the evidence to justify their claim. We shouldn't approach a situation with emotions or sentiments rather with a logical mindset. That way, you will be able to derive a feasible answer and way forward.
