2023 it even spiralled into south east, most lgas in Imo state didn't have any form of elections. But people won elections that never took place ..
We have degrees as a nation since 2015, the last power plant built n commissioned was during GEJ tenure.
The aba power plant was built during gej tenure, buhari came in n frustrated that project, it took the intervention of the state govr for that project to be completed after years of neglect.

Before a private player decides the location to invest money, they do a feasibility study first. The outcome of the study will determine whether they should pursue it or not.

I'm from Akwaibom, the deepsea port was supposed to be sited at ibaka, which is in Mbo LGA, the previous govt of Akpabio did the usual political propaganda on it, using the project to loot funds cos for the last 4yrs of his administration, funds were budgeted for that seaport. When udom came in, after series of court cases and settlements from the previous contractors who the govt of Akpabio awarded project of that magnitude to(fashion Designer from northern extraction), they thought it wise to review the location, 3 sites were earmarked for this, ibaka, ibeno, and eastern obolo... At the end eastern obolo if I'm not mistaken was the preferred site to build the seaport.
Investors were sought for to come invest, that's when amaechi the then minister for transportation under buhari the economy killer was playing politics with that project.
He deliberately sat and delayed the approval for the project.
Why I'm i putting all these out here, Private investor will only be called to KEY-IN in the actualisation of the project after the govt must have done their part.
The kolmani oil project in Bauchj was funded by the NNPC, tomorrow if anything comes out of it, they will invite private investor to come in and develop it.

It’s a private investments. You can’t tell private investors on how and where to put their money at..

So if a private investor wants to build a solar panel n battery factory in tvc headquarters cos that's the only location that suits their factory, will the govt allow them and approve it since u can't regulate an investor on what he has to do with his funds...

ADC cannot win the legal war before it because it is being engineered and sponsored by the President. The Supreme Court had to give that cunning judgment yesterday because of foreign interest in the case. They only set ADC up for bigger legal battles that it cannot come out from till the timeline elapses.
