Good morning dear readers across the world. How was night? Am certain you slept well? How was yesterday? Brethren, I cannot stop being happy because my yesterday experience still amazes me but let’s see if I can unveil it to you. I will advise you to share this message with every youth you can share it with on the various social media.
On Sunday, an information was dropped in a watsapp group, which I was part of, about an award to take place in one of the southern states in Nigeria and I couldn’t just stand seeing that Entertainment especially music dominated the awards. Just before I expressed my feeling on the issue, about two other group members express their opinion of the award to be larger than it was, to accommodate other professions like the waste manger award, best farmer and so on. Then I just added that Creative writers should also be recognized—like I said in the group, I said this not for me but for the south-south because there are certainly a lot of creative writers that if they are recognized, it will inspire writers like us to do our best. Just then, a group member gave me an invitation to come meet him at his office at around 10am at refinery road. Brethren, I didn’t know what to think because my mind was filled with thought : Why on earth will I want to be seen but I purposed in my heart to go see him. I received a call and THE CALLER identified himself as the one who asked me to come see him and I promised to come see him the next day.
On Monday—which was yesterday—, After doing all my chores, I called THE CALLER for description and THE CALLER told me how to get to his office and in few minutes, I got there and we started our discussion from my writing project into my writing career and he gave me one of the best advice which will sustain my brand, Pojomatics. Soon, we started discussing proper ‘business’ and a while later, I was offered a job—please don’t ask me the job I was offered because if you ask me, na who I go ask. I sat down speechless and amazed. We agreed that I should start on the 3rd of October 2016…
I am really not supposed to share this but I have to share it because of the youths out there who is looking for a job or how to be fulfilled in life.
LESSONS I LEARNT FROM MY ENCOUNTER WITH THE CALLER
1. After discovering your talent, do well to creatively develop it. No matter how weird your talent is, Creativity will create a path for you.
2. The social media should not be a place a primarily for fund but a place to showcase your talent, build relationship and a place to get relevant information.
3. Learn to package your talent: Learn to have a page, email address… for it. Because as I spoke to THE CALLER, he flowed into one of my social media platform and went through some things have done.
4. Your talent might really not bring you money but it will certainly bring you RIO and if these three resources are traded with, they will certainly bring you money. Even in your professional career, your talent might just create a platform for you…
I am reminded of a Scripture, “Seeth thou a MAN DILIGENT in HIS BUSINESS? HE will STAND in the PRESENCE of KINGS. He will NOT stand in the presence of mean men” (prov.22:29). I am inspired to discuss on this but that will be another day but I have met with Kings with my writing talent and there are more kings to meet. You can also meet Kings if you Discover, Develop and Deploy your talent.

Hello World!!!


Last weekend was an amazing time at “TETFUND” building at Federal University of Petroleum University (FUPRE), Delta State, as we launch Pojomatics International Mentorship Academy (PINMA). The whole story from how the idea came and how I started execution with it is an inspiration which I will write on subsequently.


Like I promised, I will share the gains of some of the participants of the programme and the first person to start with is Jeremiah Chika Okorie.


I met his after my speaking engagement at Foursquare Student Fellowship (FSF) and as we talked, I saw a young Man who has an unusual depth of Potential. I gave him some few advice and we parted.


Recently, I was amazed as he told me how he has applied some of the advice I gave him. I now see why I should polish myself consistently before this boy “go put me” out of the market when I haven’t even started my career yet because he gives the attitude of “Bros, if you don’t constantly work on yourself, you will wake up and discover am ahead of you”… Lol.

LESSONS LEARNT FROM PINMA LAUNCH with TOPIC: UNDERSTANDING THE TIMES (1Chron. 12: 32 & Esther 1:13)


In the 18th to 20th Century, better known as the "INDUSTRIAL AGE", many companies started out and the "Deciding Factor" between the successful ones and the ones doomed to be liquidated after a few years was "LABOUR".

The company capable of finding the most Industrious Workers in every key angle of their business was more often than not better than the one with average Workers.

Every company needed more PROFESSIONALS in their chosen field in order to gain "COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE" over its peers. Basically anyone who could work hard was in money. The selected few who UNDERSTOOD THE TIMES knew exactly what to develop about themselves in order to be successful.


By the year 2000, a new age was fully born, known as the 21st century or the INFORMATION AGE. In this age it's a different game, a different question. In this age, nobody's asking "HOW INDUSTRIOUS ARE YOU?". The Main question of this century is "HOW INFORMED ARE YOU?".

In your chosen field, how much do you know?, how much of that knowledge is relevant enough to invest on?

It's all about understanding the times we're in and adjusting to it's trend. Myles Munroe said "Men are either Creators of fact, or Creatures of circumstance. The Creators of fact are those who UNDERSTAND THE TIMES we're living in and take deliberate ACTIONS based on relevant INFORMATION in order to make IMPACT.

The Creatures of circumstance are those who have no Understanding of the Times and continue to apply the old STRATEGY to an entirely new and different game.

I was combing through the internet and I stumbled into A LAMENTATION of a young Man who lost a huge amount of money into a ponzi scheme. He also lamented on how he has lost the trust of his friends since he introduced them to a 'bad' business ventures.


The truth being said, I have experienced something similar to this-- but I will keep the ordeal to myself till the right time comes...


Just before you 'invest' your money into any business venture, a question you would want to ask you self is this: IS THE BUSINESS VENTURE RELIABLE? Just because a few people got profit from it doesn't make it reliable... How long has it being? Has it stood the test of time? These answers should not be dished out in a hurry. It requires you to sit down and think. There is difference between TAKING RISK AND TAKING A CALCULATE RISK.

Good morning to all my readers across the globe. It gives me extreme joy to write to you today after a while of silence. I must say I am really grateful to God for bringing me this far in one year. Earlier this week, I was chatting with the CEO of Worgers Sir and he had this to say, “I LIKE YOUR CONTENT…YOU HAVE PRETTY AMAZING STORIES AND YOUR NICHE IS JUST AMAZING”. Just yesterday, I connected with John Oho Eloho and he had this to say, “A LOT OF PEOPLE I HAVE SHARED YOUR ARTICLES WITH HAVE REALLY BEEN TOUCHED…”. And these words got me so humbled and surprised because I never thought my articles have gone this far and with comments like this, I am inspired to take one step further in my writing.
One of the most difficult questions to answer is this: WHY ARE YOU HERE? Most of us have not really paid attention to this question and that’s why we have lived our lives as if it’s an ‘obligation’. Take some time and ask yourself: Why am I here? Why was I Created?
For most of us, our lives are very predictable. This is the way we have programmed to live: WE ARE GIVEN BIRTH TO, WE START SCHOOL, PROGRESS IN SCHOOL LIFE TILL WE GET A DEGREE, LOOK FOR A JOB THAT PAYS WELL, LOOK FOR A LIFE PARTNER, GIVE BIRTH TO CHILDREN, PROBABLY RETIRE, SEE GRANDCHILDREN AND DIE. Hope I am right or did I miss any event?
If your life is just centered on these above events, then, I am sorry to tell you that YOU HAVEN’T DISCOVERED WHY YOU WERE HERE. The above events ought to be the EFFECT of living and not the CAUSE of living. Join me tomorrow as we look dip into this topic.

Good morning to all my Readers across the world. I am so excited to write this article to you all. How many of you missed my short absence? I guess many were scared that my well of inspiration had dried up but that’s not true, I had to take out time to do some little brain work and launch my business, EMUDOGA GLOBAL VENTURES LIMITED.

Wow, it’s really very amazing and inspiring that my BRAND, POJOMATICS, has gone farther than me—People know POJOMATICS but are oblivious of the Man in the engine room of the brand. I met someone few days back who was telling about POJOMATICS and how creative the guy’s articles are, I just smiled as he told me and he was shocked to know I AM POJOMATICS. I really give ALL GLORY TO GOD for all these achievements I have had in a short period of time. By God’s grace, my number of readers has increased. My page moved from 125 likes to 136 likes only yesterday. All these doesn’t get my proud, they only make me humble and to move closer to God so I get inspiring articles to trigger change in this generation and if you have not liked my page, please do.

I would be going into politics very soon—somebody is scared for me and that person must be a Christian…LOL. Anyways, this weekend promises to be exciting as I will be sharing some articles that I promised to share a while ago but sadly enough, It will be posted on my blog and that is the part most people don’t want to here but it’s high time you chase after knowledge so you would be relevant in the tomorrow’s world. Looking back when I started writing, It has really has being God. I started writing officially on the 26th of NOVEMBER 2015 and I started with my novel, The Second Chance Novel (TSCN). Even though there was no much likes and comment, I continued and kept writing and on the 5th of January, I opened my facebook page and then CHIBUZOR IDEMS, a friend of mine, strongly advised that I open a blog for my works and I took the leap of faith and opened it in the month of June. And since my niche wasn’t in entertainment, It was really hard to gain the minds of youths but I kept on doing what I know how to do best and here we are, I am gaining the minds of Youths and Teenagers as I try to build my tent in a particular niche called EDUTAINMENT.

Dear reader, your TALENT is what will sell you to the world. The Bible made us to understand the concept, A MAN’S GIFT (TALENT) WILL CREATE ROOM (OPPORTUNITIES) FOR HIM. Whatever your talent might be, don’t throw it into the dust bin because it seems not to be making waves in the present world. Do well to nurture it, it might look crude but you can refine it. The MOMENT you DISCOVER your TALENT, Be CONSISTENT to DEVELOP it and apply CREATIVITY to it until EXCELLENCE is produced. And then, Men will be forced to look at your direction and HONOUR you. The reason for the high unemployment rate is because THE YOUTH HAVE FAILED TO DISCOVER THEIR UNIQUE ABILITY.

I want to give a loud shout out to Zion Oshiobugie , the greatest academic Mentor who accepted my friend requested few days back and I am confident that I will be moving a step farther in my career. Just as Edwin C. Barnes purposed to work with Thomas A. Edison, I have purposed to work with this great man who has being an inspiration to me through his programs on radio.

How did it happen? I really can’t tell but somehow, I connected with FELIX and KINGSLEY yesterday and I was so humbled when Sir Felix sent me these words, “AM ALWAYS IMPRESSED BY YOUR INNOVATIVE WRITE UPS..I LIKE YOUR JOB MAN…YOUR ARTICLES ARE SUPERB”. Those words made me drunk with inspiration and that was not all, one of my Mentors, Michael Jackinjoe, called yesterday and commended my works and gave me quality advice that would really make my work better. THIS CAN ONLY BE GOD AND ALL THE GLORY BELONGS TO HIM for such an unusual inflow of creativity and innovation into a vessel like me.

The above statement tells us that God had already appointed and assign Jeremiah to be a PROPHET to the Nations before he was born. Everything Jeremiah needed to make God’s intention a reality was neatly and safely buried in him. The passion, compassion, resources and all qualities needed to actualize the task were IN and AROUND him.
Dear Reader, take a while and imagine if Jeremiah ended up been A KING. Yes but he would have occupied the wrong field and that would have made him lived an unfulfilled life. What if he ended up as a Potter, he would have had a skill but yet he would have died with almost 100% of his potential. DEAR READER, MOST HUMANS HAVE ENDED UP USING BELOW 20% OF THEIR POTENTIAL BECAUSE THEY PRIMARILY HAVE FAILED TO DISCOVER THE FIELD THEY WERE WIRED TO STRIVE IN. Let’s look at the above verse from THE MESSAGE TRANSLATION:

Dear Reader, YOUR FIELD IS NOT GOTTEN BY SPECULATION. If it were by speculation, then Jeremiah would missed his field since he even told God of his inability. YOUR FIELD IS GOTTEN BY REVELATION— God express Information. There’s a field you were wired for, that field that you creatively get ideas on, that course where its problems get you angry. IN DISCOVERING YOUR FIELD, THERE MUST BE A RE-CONNECTION WITH GOD. Therefore, Being Born again is not primarily to make heaven but to be saved so as to serve in the field you were wired to serve.
Some questions that arises are: “I am willingly to follow my field but my parents want me to go read something against my will, what do I do?”, “How do I go to a field that is not profitable?”. This will be the major focus of WYFS6.

On Sunday, I met with a great critic of my work and It was a miracle for him to commend my works but just before I could get too excited, he asked me a question: “FIVE YEARS FROM NOW, WILL YOUR PRESENT ARTICLES STILL HAVE VALUE?”. I ruminated on that question to the point I had to stop all writing process and restructure my works so as to produce a YES to that question.

ARTICLE TITLE: BUILDING A BETTER NATION WITH THE SPOTLIGHT ON YOU.

CURRENT POSITION IN CONNECTION WITH PAST DECISIONS

As Nigeria celebrates this year’s anniversary, there exist mixed feelings among her citizens: Some are excited about this historic event, at least we all are alive despite the problems and we are hoping for a better nation some day. Another school of thought is furiously angry with the country. “What’s really there to be happy about” they ask. The prices of things have skyrocketed, the naira is experiencing a free fall almost every day, Boko Haram is fast becoming a world recognized terrorist group, Niger Delta Avengers are destroying some of the nation’s assets, Federal Government is on the cross road on whether to sell some national assets or find an alternative.

Nigeria has been pushed, not to the wall but to the verge of falling into an ocean of economic recession. It’s normal for this complains to rise up like thick smoke, going straight up to the government. It’s prevalent for the citizens of Nigeria—mostly the youth— to point their fingers of blame to the government for being responsible for all the problems in the country. But come to think of it dear reader, Our great grand fathers sat back and just said, ”Only God can help this nation”, but God seemed not to help them. Our grandfathers were so comfortable in the United State of Complain (USC) waiting for somebody somewhere to perform a miracle but sadly for them, no miracle happened. Our fathers failed to put up their thinking cap because they were waiting for the government. Now, we are in the same situation they were because they failed to give birth to a brain child (solution) or probably, they had a miscarriage few days after conception due to the heat of their then economy.

A CRITICAL LOOK AT THE MYTHS FROM THE PAST GENERATIONS AND THE TRUTH.

Just before we take any decision, let us look at the mindset our fathers had which is already finding expression in the present day youths.

1. ONLY GOD CAN HELP THIS NATION:
“Only God can help this Nation, that I agree to, but he is searching for Men to be Sent”
—POJOMATICS

At one point in our life, we must have heard some Nigerians make the above phrase, mostly in connection to the problems in this country. This phrase has been a pill that gives us relieve from our emotional stress; it’s a religious phrase that sounds so ‘spiritual’ when spoken, but dear reader, am sorry to burst your bubbles by saying that this above statement is incomplete. Only God can help this nation but we must be reminded that HE NEEDS A BODY.

“Then I heard the Lord asking, ‘Who should I send as a MESSENGER to this people? Who will go for us?’ I said, ’HERE I AM, SEND ME’ “—Isaiah 6:8 (NLT, emphasis mine)

From the above Scripture, God is certainly ready to help, He wants to get rid of every vice in our communities, He wants to send solutions to humanity but the problem is the lack of human Body. In the land of Egypt, the Israelites were oppressed and they cried unto God but all God did was to send a Solution in a Packaged body which was MOSES’. When God wanted to put an end to racism, He found a vessel called Martin Lurther King Jr, when he wanted to end the problem of sin, he used His son called JESUS who put on flesh and dwelt amongst men.

God is currently seeing the condition of the country but I believe He is looking for prepared bodies to use as agents of change. He has found bodies like Fela Durotoye, Sam Adeyemi, Ben Okotie-Eboh, Pastor Vera Orhobor, Zion Oshiobugie, Pastor Korede Komaiya and a host of others, but he is in search of more bodies. So the question is: Are you a prepared vessel for such an assignment in such a time as this? (Rom.12:1)
MYTH: ONLY GOD CAN HELP THIS NATION
TRUTH: ONLY GOD CAN HELP THIS NATION BUT HE NEEDS YOU


2. I CANNOT CHANGE THIS COUNTRY AND BESIDES AM NOT IN ANY SEAT OF POWER.
“Being a Solution is an individual and national call to all Nigerians. But individually being a solution ignites the fire of solution in those around you and in no distance time, the seed of solution in every citizen will begin to bear fruit” —POJOMATICS
This statement is also a prevalent statement in the society. Looking at it from a perspective, it sounds true but if we hope to achieve a great feat as a country, there is need to look at the issue from another worldview. Only one man cannot change this nation but one can has to lead the way towards the change; and if he does, others will certainly join the train of change. I will quickly take two examples.

SAINT TERESA
Saint Teresa saw the high poverty rate in India and she had the passion to change the condition. Was she able to change the condition alone? No, but she led the path towards change and a host of others joined her and even in her death, the vision is still going to greater height.

PASTORS ORHOBOR
Pastors Vera and Christopher Orhobor saw the problem in the educational system and they decided to change things and this led them to start their yearly Teacher’s Summit. Are they fixing the problem alone? No, but they took the first step and now, lots of teachers are becoming part of the change.
MYTH 2: I CANNOT CHANGE THIS COUNTRY AND BESIDES, AM NOT IN ANY SEAT OF POWER.
TRUTH: I CANNOT CHANGE THIS COUNTRY BUT I CAN CONTRIBUTE MY PART SO WELL THAT IT IGNITES OTHERS TO DO THEIR PART; AND I DON’T NEED TO BE IN THE SEAT OF POWER TO DO MY PART.

In conclusion, BUILDING A BETTER NATION WITH THE SPOTLIGHT ON YOU is a call to the Youths of this great nation to rise up and pick up the MANTLE OF RESPONSIBILITY and effect the changes we want to see. God expects your light to shine despite the darkness around (Matt. 5:14-15, Isaiah 60:1-2). It’s time to make this country a better place that we all could be proud of.

ARTICLE TITLE: DO WE REALLY HAVE TO SELL THEM?
HELLO! How are you guys doing today? Hope you slept well and sound? For me, sleep has been far from me because I am trying to finish my article which will be unveiled on the 1st October 2016. I welcome you righteously to the first series of LEDS because canal greetings will not take you far—LOL, that statement will make sense if you listen to the Academic Mentor on Crown Fm or Kpoko Fm.
LET’S DISCUSS SERIES is a platform where the issues (problems) of the country are unveiled to the youths and possible solutions are expected from the youths. At the end of reading this article, I expect to see comments and not just likes. That is a story for another day because Nigerians don’t know when to like or comment.
As we enter the COLD season of recession, there has being two options in coming out of the recession: Some set of people have advised the Federal Government to sell some of the assets of the country, like the refineries, the Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas(NLNG), so as to get fund to inject into the economy. Yet another school of thought have kicked against that idea because they feel selling the assets will not solve the problem of recession. They have advised that the economy should be diversified so as to boost export.
Dear reader, in your view, What exactly should be done? Should our National assets being sold? If your answer is yes, why yes? And if No, why?

Good morning dear readers across the world. How was night? Am certain you slept well? How was yesterday? Brethren, I cannot stop being happy because my yesterday experience still amazes me but let’s see if I can unveil it to you. I will advise you to share this message with every youth you can share it with on the various social media.
On Sunday, an information was dropped in a watsapp group, which I was part of, about an award to take place in one of the southern states in Nigeria and I couldn’t just stand seeing that Entertainment especially music dominated the awards. Just before I expressed my feeling on the issue, about two other group members express their opinion of the award to be larger than it was, to accommodate other professions like the waste manger award, best farmer and so on. Then I just added that Creative writers should also be recognized—like I said in the group, I said this not for me but for the south-south because there are certainly a lot of creative writers that if they are recognized, it will inspire writers like us to do our best. Just then, a group member gave me an invitation to come meet him at his office at around 10am at refinery road. Brethren, I didn’t know what to think because my mind was filled with thought : Why on earth will I want to be seen but I purposed in my heart to go see him. I received a call and THE CALLER identified himself as the one who asked me to come see him and I promised to come see him the next day.
On Monday—which was yesterday—, After doing all my chores, I called THE CALLER for description and THE CALLER told me how to get to his office and in few minutes, I got there and we started our discussion from my writing project into my writing career and he gave me one of the best advice which will sustain my brand, Pojomatics. Soon, we started discussing proper ‘business’ and a while later, I was offered a job—please don’t ask me the job I was offered because if you ask me, na who I go ask. I sat down speechless and amazed. We agreed that I should start on the 3rd of October 2016…
I am really not supposed to share this but I have to share it because of the youths out there who is looking for a job or how to be fulfilled in life.
LESSONS I LEARNT FROM MY ENCOUNTER WITH THE CALLER
1. After discovering your talent, do well to creatively develop it. No matter how weird your talent is, Creativity will create a path for you.
2. The social media should not be a place a primarily for fund but a place to showcase your talent, build relationship and a place to get relevant information.
3. Learn to package your talent: Learn to have a page, email address… for it. Because as I spoke to THE CALLER, he flowed into one of my social media platform and went through some things have done.
4. Your talent might really not bring you money but it will certainly bring you RIO and if these three resources are traded with, they will certainly bring you money. Even in your professional career, your talent might just create a platform for you…
I am reminded of a Scripture, “Seeth thou a MAN DILIGENT in HIS BUSINESS? HE will STAND in the PRESENCE of KINGS. He will NOT stand in the presence of mean men” (prov.22:29). I am inspired to discuss on this but that will be another day but I have met with Kings with my writing talent and there are more kings to meet. You can also meet Kings if you Discover, Develop and Deploy your talent.

I want to thank God for bringing me this far in the month of October. In this month, I have connected with met men like Donatus, Daniel Dike, Material, Kutaj, Solomon Dappa, Mr. Peter Akumaye and a host of others. I also want to thank Sir Soaak Seth for this constant encouragement. For you who keep reading, I want to say a big thank you to you.
As we slowly arrive at another Independence celebration coupled with the economic recession, it is high time the Nigerian youth wake up to Nigeria’s call. We need to Discover, Develop and Deploy all that is in us. It’s time to take advantage of problems and trade with them. Martin Luther king was not a government official, he just Discover a problem –RACISM— which he was ready to solve. Ben Okotie-Eboh is no Politician, he is making the society a better place through his radio stations. Zion Oshiobugie isn’t waiting to be the commissioner of Education but he has decided to be a solution to the youths of Delta State. You don’t need to be in power to start the building process of a better nation, you just need to take responsibility to BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE. I would leave you with the article I wrote the day the idea of writing an October first article came. ENJOY
Good day my beloved Readers. I am not tired of expressing my heartfelt gratitude to all of you who keep reading my articles. I thank those who keep their comments coming in and those who just read and comment in their mind. I must commend Mr. Seth Akinbulumo, the CEO of Soaak 103 Consult, who keeps pushing me into the ocean of inspiration where I cannot but drink up large amount of inspiration. I celebrate God’s grace in your life Sir.
As I thought of what to write this day, a lot of ideas/articles tried to get the spotlight but one question confronted me like David did to Goliath, “WHAT IS YOUR DREAM FOR NIGERIA?”. As I tried to answer the question, another question popped out, “WHAT DO YOU SEE NIGERIA BECOMING IN THE NEXT TEN YEARS?”. I was totally blown away because I could not categorically answer that question. What about you? Were you able to answer the question? Or you still think like most Nigerians that think nothing can be done to help this country. I am reminded of a town in the Bible that had a similar case like that of Nigeria. It is the town called NARAZETH.
Nazareth was seen as the hole in the map. She was seen as a dark city, She was so filled with ‘corrupted files’ but still A VISION WAS BIRTH OUT OF HER and at the manifestation of the vision statement, Nathanael asked, ”CAN ANYTHING GOOD COME OUT OF NAZERETH?”(John1:46). After the Vision fully deployed himself, they still didn’t believe—they possessed unbelief which was a product of a wrong thinking pattern—in the Vision and so, no MIRACLE (positive change) occurred (Matt.13:58) for them. What a touching story for change to be close to you yet you couldn’t partake.
Despite the darkness that clouds our beloved nation, irrespective of the thick darkness of corruption, even as we approach the economic recession town, the question is, “DO YOU BELIEVE THAT SOMETHING GOOD CAN COME OUT OF NIGERIA? Or you are looking for the opportunity to run out of the intense heat of the country?
I BELIEVE A NEW NIGERIA VOID OF CORRUPTION IS POSSIBLE. I SO BELIEVE IN IT THAT I DEVELOP MY SELF DAILY TO MEET UP WITH THE FUTURE DEMAND OF THE NEW NATION. What is your dream about Nigeria? Where do you see us in ten years time?
The only reason we still complain is because we are looking at where the ball is currently but few who are ready to be part of the future are looking at where the ball is going to. I really don’t know how to express what’s boiling in me.
Just as I got to this particular point in writing, I felt an unusual inspiration to write a small pamphlet to be shared across the country if possible and if you believe in this new Nigeria vision, do well to support this project financially…

Article Title: WHAT IS YOUR EXCUSE?

Good day to you all. How was your night? We thank God because we are really coming to the end of September and we approach the best month ever, OCTOBER, because it can only get better.
Personally, I want to thank God for bringing me this far. I had my goals for Pojomatics but God is really going beyond my imagination. I also wana thank Material, he really might not like what am doing but I have to thank him. Kutaj is not left out because the Upgrade Plan was born out of my conversation with him. My thanks also go to Sikiru Sheyi, the girl that saw my popularity before I saw it.
Just before we look at this exciting topic, I wana give you a good background by giving you the meaning of an EXCUSE. EXCUSE a reason or an explanation given to justify a fault or offense. An excuse always put the blame of failure on external factor but should it be so? I will leave you with an article I published a while ago, precisely on July 23rd—I guess most of you didn’t know me then. ENJOY:
WHAT IS YOUR EXCUSE?
Sometimes, I hit the rock, I feel so worthless, clueless and speechless. I feel like giving up and throwing my huge towel into a huge water body. "Why will life so be unfair to me" I ask myself. I try to wave off suicidal thought but it breezes around like a mosquito seeking to sip some red blood juice... just sitting down looking into the thin air, I got into a trance.
I saw myself in a large dark room with long benches all around like those found in ancient Anglican Churches. Just as it was in Gen. 1:3, a spotlight came on stage as it focused on a microphone stand.
A woman dressed in the 20th century attire slowly walked into the stage, she held the mike and said, "WHATS YOUR EXCUSE?. Hearing her voice, I tried to see her face but I just couldn’t get a clear picture. The voice was familiar, so I focused more and I discovered she was HELEN KELLER.
Just before I could ponder on her question, a young man came on stage and he was without limbs. He smiled in with his wife and Son. With a wireless mike just on the side of his shirt, he said. "WHAT WILL REALLY BE YOUR EXCUSE?". This man name is NICK VIJICIC.
If you are reading this like I am reading this, ask yourself the above questions. In the high court, Helen Keller has all the excuse to be useless in life, Nick Vijicic would be considered if he gave an excuse. What do you have to say when you get into the court room of life and you give your excuse and a limbless man objects your excuse...
Even though you have an excuse, rise above the excuse and be an inspiration to somebody about to give up...

THE BUSINESS OF PROBLEMS
Dear Reader, It brings me great joy to write you this morning. This week has really being an inspiring week as God has made me connect with great Men. I am being pushed to improve my writing skill and I pray that God gives me the grace to improve myself as I prepare to an agent of change in my father’s land. I really feel like crying but I wouldn’t cry because I don’t want you to cry.
In our past series, we have looked at the beauty of problems,…, the definition of business and problem and here we are, about to look at the BUSINESS OF PROBLEMS—if you have not read previous series, please do well to read them.
It would be observed that EVERY PROBLEM CREATES A VACUUM FOR A SOLUTION TO FIT IN and if any man brings forth a solution—which could be tangible or intangible —, he gets a value just to balance the ecological system of life. So we could say that THE BUSINESS OF PROBLEMS can simply be seen as the ability to produce products which could be traded with to get a value in return. I will try to explain.
How does the school system work? Every human was born to the planet with a very big problem called IGNORANCE and this creates a need for a solution called KNOWLEDGE. An institution then packages the solution in different pieces—Classes or levels. Whoever wants the solution (knowledge) has to give a value called money in exchange—those in government school might not understand this deeply but know that the government pays on your behalf. The business of problems is a man’s problem creating a need for a solution awaiting for somebody to proffer solution to it and creating for him an access to get a reward in return… to be continued.

Good Morning Dear Readers, It’s a new day that the Lord has made, we must be glad and rejoice in it. Gradually, we are coming to the end of the month of September and it calls for us to be grateful to God. Also, I want to thank all of you who take out time to read my articles, God will richly bless you. For those who share my articles, I really might not know you but God will send Men to promote your dream and you will be part of the New Nigeria when it arrives very soon. For those who comment, My God will raise men to speak for you when it matters.
If you have been following the series, it has being an exciting journey. In the last series, we looked at the meaning of Business but today, we will be going a step further to look out what problem really is. Are you ready? Let’s drive.
The word Problem has so many meaning but I will pick out some. Problem is:
1. Something or somebody that is difficult to deal with.
2. Something or somebody that is a source of trouble or worry.
3. Any question or matter involving doubt, uncertainty.
4. A situation or person that needs attention or resources.
5. The present state of a thing or person.
6. A perceived gap between the existing state and desired state.
7. A gap between a raw material and a finished product.
8. A deviation from norm, standard or status quo
9. A person’s need.
10. A man’s love or talent that needs to be satisfied or refined.
After much research, Ladies and Gentlemen, I present to you Pojomatics definition for problem and I hope you like it. Problem is an event or series of events that creates an opportunity or streams of opportunities for a man to exercise his God-given resources to bring forth a solution that forms a niche for his business. Problem can also be simply defined as an opportunity to proffer solution. I want you to take a time out today to really ruminate on these definitions. Have you seen the secret of the Rich? They have used problems as tools to advance their course in life. Let’s take a look at what Bill Gate did recently in Nigeria.
The Bill and Melinda Foundation—which is the largest private foundation in the world— said earlier this week that it was funding six agricultural commodities value chains with emphasis on rice and yam to ensure sufficient food in Nigeria. The foundation saw a problem called food scarcity which is the present state of Nigeria. She—the foundation— has used the situation as an opportunity to exercise her God-given resources in her disposal to bring forth a solution and the foundation together with Bill gate have received generational blessings and have received RECOGNTION—which is a value. Take out time and analyze problems with above definition. I started a research months ago and discovered all Nigerian students have selected courses they want to read in the University, If you asked the average Nigerian student what he wants to be in life? You don’t need to be a Prophet to predict his answer. Their answer, certainly most times, will be that they want to be a Doctor, Lawyer, Engineer, Business Administrator, Accountant--ple
ase help me list the rest-- but what happens to the rest fields. This really got me thinking because as student, we don’t pursue our passion, we pursue profession where there is cash. Don’t you think the high rate of unemployment is because most youths failed to discover their passion?
Every field is a world and every world has different continents. Every continent has her own countries and also, every country has her own states .It goes to say that there is really no need for competition in one particular field because God has made the world so big that if we all discover our field, we still wouldn’t be able to solve all problems in our given field. Our economy is crippled because we have built our life and profession round crude oil leaving other sectors to suffer. We could be in the same field but our area of specialization might be different and even though our area of specialization is same, our dimensional scale might be different.
We must learn to locate our field in life? We must teach our generation that your area of passion can bring you all you want.

Good day dear Readers! How was your night? Hope you slept well? I want to say a big thank you to all of you who read my articles, drop comments and share with your friends. I want you to know that your names are written in gold and may God richly bless you. I want to specially thank Golden Sarah for her comments lately, it has really gone a long way and I celebrate you. Today I really want to discuss on something very important. Something I guess is unlike me.
I am really not a fan of Politicians but this man made series of statement that drilled me to the point that I wished I had a private jet that will take me to Abuja, just to give him a handshake, and bring me back. You want to know what he said? Who is he that said? Read on, you will see it.
If you are really current with the affairs of the nation, you will discover that there has been multiple stone throwing simply because NO BODY IS MAN ENOUGH TO TAKE THE BLAME. As the country approaches the town called ECONOMIC RECESSION, which is few kilometers away, everybody has somebody to blame. The government pours THE BLAME on the past government. The past government violently rain back bullets of BLAME back to the present government. The masses in their sonorous voices sing a well composed hymn of blame to the government. The government quickly stops the song due to the incessant repetition of the word BUHARI and blames the masses for singing off- key. In a way of bringing relieve from the weight of blame, they tell the masses to sing on key Change-begins-with-me.
How long are we going to continue this game of passing the blame? The problem with Nigeria and Nigerians is that we are looking for WHO IS RESPONSIBLE? Instead of looking for WHAT’S RESPONSIBLE?. I will leave you with the words of the Senate President, Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki, who spoke to news man after observing the Eil-el-Kabir prayers in Illorin, “in every crisis, there is always an opportunity for a positive reform. In this regard, in order to solve this crisis, all hands—not just the hands of the government— must be on deck. Ideas should be sourced from all quarters—not just from government quarters. All arms of government, people of different beliefs, from all socio-economic backgrounds and every part of Nigeria MUST WORK TOGETHER at this time”.(emphasis mine)
Dear Reader, It is high time we quit this blame game and fix the country’s problem—find a solution. How can Nigeria get better starting with you? Let’s abandon our attitude of always pointing fingers on somebody else. ENOUGH OF THE BLAME GAME: LET’S FIND A SOLUTION

After meeting with Mr. Legit at Lawfab hotel yesterday, I branched a barbing shop to 'tidy' my farmland which had grown weeds. I just decided to breeze into facebook and I noticed I had a message and I quickly clicked on it and to my uttermost surprise, it was a message from Crown FM and it read: "Sorry this is coming late. But thanks for the article for Crown FM At 6"
26 days after I published CROWN FM AT 6 article, I was rewarded with a THANK YOU and I appreciated that. I quickly used the opportunity to tell them of my intention to interview the biggest boss, Ben Okotie-Eboh, in line with my BAS article and today I was given a positive response--to send a mail to them.
The point is this: whenever you have the opportunity to do good--especially the good of solving problems--, never miss the opportunity because doing good is like planting a seed. It might take six months to fruit. it might take 26 days or one year or even five years but one thing is certain, IT WILL FRUIT.
I have a dream to interview the biggest boss so he tells the Pojomatics audience the secrets of being a Solution.
I Wana say a big happy birthday to my Mentor, Sir Emmanuel Abidakun.May God give you more grace to serve your generation. I love you Sir.
