If a state allocation is N10 ,the governor and his cabal go theif N4.
Pay salary with N3.
And embark on the real project with N2.
Borrow N5 to finance a useless project.
No Governor in for the past 20 years has invested heavily on project to increase their IGR to make them self sufficient.
Our Governors be like the prodigal son described in the bible, still waiting on their father to feed them.
Rivers and Lagos are only lucky, It was never any Governors doing.
