true bro, there was nothing like merit. we only wasted our time travelling to the ends of the country in the name of writing exams. I was so frustrated when i witness the way i saw them cancelling people's names on the list and adding those that didnt even go thru the process with us. list kept on climbing while some names were been cancelled. imagine the rubbish.

Im sure many of them bought the position so they were bold enough to even come to camp with no luggage at first, some dey even wear slippers and strolled in casually. the annoying one i saw was wen one girl just walked in , her name wasnt on the list , the next thing she carry fone...2 minutes time security called her in.i just pity myself cos the next day i left the camp and travelled back to kano by 10AM from lagos by road in a scrabbed bus.

hehehe...this should not be a problem, no hurry in life ... we shall get there at the right, it wasnt just the right time.

I can tell you authoritatively that the last recruitment has been cancelled,all those in camp have been sent home immediately. The new DG pointed favourtism and lack of merit for its cancellation

Please can you drop this overused cliche of opening your own business. It is getting boring already! If everybody should start creating their own business, who will now work for the various businesses and companies that will be created? If you answer this question objectively then you will see the need to tone down on the usual create your own business bulls$$$. Even in the almighty capitalist America, evrybody is not an entrepreneur!

With ur experience u should be getting like 400k per month.. That's international ngo oo.

But sadly enough you will not be able to get in.. Unless u have an ngo experience.. Bcuz dey don't train u as such..
~ur first class hardly matters here because even a 3rd class person with 3 years ngo experience will be picked over u.

~ u have to change ur cv to an ngo format.. U can Google samples of that on d net.
Advice: even if it means working for free or getting a volunteer job... Just to get ngo experience will be the best thing u will ever do to get in..
