But they say ehailing no dey do anything to car?
Some arguments sha, I go just dey one corner dey watch.
Oyibo despite their wiseness, smartness and exposure plus good environments and roads will phase cars out once they complete certain numbers of years.
But oversabi naija people say na them wise pass the producers of cars, that regular usage of car doesn't have effect on it.
Some minor accidents is already enough for them to push it down here but they bring them here fix them and say they will last forever, it's okay.
grin
Nigerians funny sha, anyways na economy dey affect our mentality. Go to wharf 80 if not 90 percent of cars coming into the country are accidents or flooded vehicles. Those days when u see toks vehicles coming into the country they look like almost brand new, same people arguing that car usage doesn't matter wi run when they see some high millage cars or totally avoid them.
Car usage do matter for real and ehailling may ruin your car pending on your driving ability and places you choose to go. The most important factor here is understanding you can’t have it all. Back to economics of fixed and variable costs. You know the function of machine input, the question should be how you maintain it and if they brings any returns. Those guys leaning tech today buy laptop as far as millions. People in block industries or pure water, buy trucks and factor fixing into it. So please don’t compare your car to private. That’s your office and headquarter… the basic thing is growth. Exit when necessary. Foreign folks do this a lot… they know when to enter and leave a business. Zain, econet, buddies and co.

When you talk about car in USA, it’s like pure water. Nigerians don’t have sense, sorry to say. I have been following the argument here and I am just laughing. Aside usa, do UK or China, Japan use fancy cars like Nigeria? The essence of car is to make life easier, but nah for this country you go see person wey go take loan to buy Benz. Take a look at their housing mortgage system. Th system and insurance make things easy for them. Cars in USA is like times 3 here, if not more. Accident happens anyhow and their insurance companies are there for them, tho they may pay thro their noise, but they have a good system.

The engine of my car is 400. Half engine 250… how mucg did Xghost post again? I know we are apprehensive about tomorrow, because we don’t know what bala blu is up too, that attitude of always complaining is not the answer boss. We need to find way to always beat the odds as well.

My brother see ehhh. No worries u hia. That figure u stated is achievable. On some days with longer hours and on some shorter sef. Na God knows how a day goes. But be rest assured. Ur account balance will increase everyday as u drive. Weatherby 10k 20k 50k.

Also forget that rubbish talk of your car go hear am. Oga cars are made to be driven. Lol iz like saying your toto go hia am. My friend no matter as u fuk toto u no fit fit am finish. See ave been driving my Blacky (my Corolla) na black beauty black exterior black tints black leather interior black alloy grin rider sef dey fear always. Good luck buddy
Make una no vex say I won advice oooo… good or bad, the person don make up in mind.

1. I personally feel newbies should not focus on too much profit or target. Make fun off driving. Take some time or week to know what work for you and what don’t.

2. To me it is important to understand the days that things boom. I necessarily don’t believe drivers should have specific daily targets, but weekly. Some days are superb and some can be wishful. In all, there’s always a carry over. Using Indrive as yardstick… if 250k weekly is the target? Then, Friday, Saturday and Sunday should be the peak days. Pick like 2 days in the week as make up and car maintenance.

Anyone that told you that you would see a cheap apartment in sangotedo lied to you, except you want to squat with cheerfulgiver in his Ogombo face me I slap you.

You wan sell V6 6m and want to use half of it to buy which car? Lolz. How? That again may not happen, realistically. Do yourself a favour and check current prices of cars.

Lastly, ehailing is not a business and not for everyone. Look at Pope, using him as specimen, he has been driving for a while now including the radadream that just advised you, ask them how much savings in their accounts. Don't think it, it's not a business. Sell your car and use the proceeds for a more beneficial business. You can't save up to 5m doing this business in the next five years, not even a million, it's not a curse. Why not sell your car and delve straight into your tech business if the idea is clear to you? Why the merry go round of ehailing?

Please don't let the dashboard here fool you. This is 3am and the owner of that dashboard is still on the road since yesterday. Do you think your body, mind and soul, or even the 3m car you want to buy can withstand that? Think very well bro and don't make any mistakes in whatever you choose.

If that guy from Ibadan has a car that he wants to use in Lagos for ehailing because he needs money for day to day survival, all well and good. It's called making a living, it can still pay your bills, no doubt. It's evil for.anyone to discourage you from doing that. "At all, at all na witch" has always been my mantra.

But contemplating selling your car, buy this and that, start using this as business model to plan your life, I regret to announce to you that you've stepped into a one chance bus. It's no different from people in Nigeria that resign from very good jobs, sell all their properties just to fund travelling abroad, only to work years abroad without being able to become half of what they were before leaving, especially those that leave with herd of family.

Just to clarify I'm not discouraging you but know what you are doing and how best to go about it.

Needless they say, but it’s crazy how someone else positivity will bring another person real pain.

In every business there’s a secret. Same way someone is cashing out in any market is same way another is wondering and trying to rubbish the business. I stopped putting my business out here for some reasons. I don’t know how long some of you have been behind steering, but thinking 6 months and 3 years experience can match is sickening. Thinking Lagos and Edo price can match is dumb! Dumb!! Even the cost of transportation in general betweeen Lagos and Edo or any other state is not the same. Gosh! Who do us this thing. Why is it so hard for us to mind our business? Same reason is why I fought Felicity to still. You don’t handle people responsibilities, the best any can give is advice.

Why all these needless fight?

Not saying u shouldn't record but my advise is never let them know u are recording. U should always record discreetly.
Clearly the politician didn't know he was being recorded initially, but when he discovered he tried to seize or damage the phone.

But if u feel ur life is threatened, u should tell the person that u have recorded everything that has happened and if anything happens to u, the world will know about it. That always makes them reconsider their actions.
Boss I don’t think you’ve been keen on the story. The man was aware about the record, he just see it as a bluff. And the driver wasn’t arrested, but delayed and his car was seized.

There’s no justice in this country and we the people talks a lot without action. I salute the driver bravery. If drivers really want to pass a message across and demand the respect they long for. They should dedicate a day to off their apps in solidarity. An injustice to one is an injustice to all.
