People are not factual and truthful here at all. The business is sweet now abi? Ok o! I pray and hope so!

Someone is now looking for 140k for repairs. Maybe he doesn't have a wear/tear account. As long as 20k profit don enter daily...... everywhere don stew!

My brother looking for brain box, God will help you. He's your strength!

With all these ridiculous prices and drivers are rushing them. The same prices when fuel was 585.

I just dey watch sha!

Bn out here since morning. I have not worked. Why? Can't pick these prices with fuel at 1100 and with Camry muscle 09/10. Nah I can't. Bolt isn't even trying too.

It is well.

The kind of trip I've been seeing since morning. Almost an hour for 7k and drivers are rushing it 👇
The maths is simple. Once drivers don plenty pass riders. App company are scared of increasing price because of competitors. The best still remain drivers should learn to ignore trips or off app.

Best best run moove car boss and take any form of maintenance of you shoulder. Better still find rental of 40k and take repair off your worries. You can use 2 days to pay owner and use 3 days for yourself.

Carry your savings, go and buy dispatch bike. I can help you with dispatch groups to get works daily, you can hire a rider and use that as side hustle. Leave all these people. If you have more than 2 bikes, headache. One is OK, but 2 is perfect. You can easily save 100 - 150k per week on one bike. Maintenance is also low. I have a friend that's into the biz, he had 4 bikes and sold 2. The remaining 2 are serving him well.

Best of luck
So all dispatch rider’s saves 150k weekly? Menh your Tpain is killing the economy and people. In fact all these plenty talk tire man.

I get women 😂 wife nah subject of concern 😂 what I meant by looking ladies differently… omo does people no deh rate drivers atall. 95% of this ladies see drivers as low life. Sh*t is real… this hustle tot me the essence of having money in life. I am not a materialistic person, so I’m good with simple and little things. But brotherly just get money for this. E deh very necessary. Person go call you oga sotey, only to see the 50/60s em go call baby 😂 life no balance. I just have issue with trusting women now.

Really been off driving this month and have to mingle with people more. They look odd to me, I keep seeing those ladies in another light entirely. The better part of me have always been me alone. Nah condition make crayfish bend, if not, why will a whole graduate, who went through rigorous university activities only to end up driving random people up and down, ehailing isn't bad but it's never something to be proud of, we only find ourselves doing it coz we can't beg to feed and pay bills, if not for home training and fear of Allah, I would have joined my friends in doing yahoo, most of them started yahoo while we were in school and they worth over 100m now in properties but I'm not moved by their materials and I just want to live comfortably and not live in materials.....

May Allah crown our efforts in this pursuit of financial breakthrough...
I honestly don’t believe going to school is a yardstick to success. Certificate on paper is a good place to start, but your brain and attitude towards life is your diamond. In this present Nigeria 720 is rubbish. Ordinary corrolla is going to 8m. Wahala ti happen in this country.

A big trap...

Plan your exit, work towards it and don't deviate, if you're doing ehailing without any exit plan, trust me, you will get stuck doing it for life...
Well I don’t know much about exit plan. XGhost said something that really catchy yesterday. And when I analyze the 720 ABO… omo e no reach anything. Big man, big problem… if such make one to think he has arrived, he won’t even understand how everything is moving fast.

Why I said I don’t know much about exit. All it takes for me to feel like driving is being idle, not survival. Especially on Sunday’s.

Wear and tear. No way this won't creep up on you, but you must reduce it as much as you possibly can.

Because I started early I can close early. Usually from around 4 to 5pm I'm ready to go home. If it's been a very good day 3pm.
I take a break for an hour in the afternoon, I go grab a bite, if I'm around Yaba, 30 minutes, then try sleep or just relax for 30. If it's a day I have a hot hand I'll probably work straight through then be home like 4pm.
Also I try to take 2 days off weekly or at least 1 day. It mostly depends on how far I've gone with my bonus quests. Also like I've said before, mixing trips allows me some rest time after the morning rush. I don't like overly long trips, 40 mins max with minimal traffic, awesome.
Getting home early allows me sleep early. I try to do 10pm though I still struggle with this because I'm really not a sleep person.
I also try to eat, at least one big home cooked meal everyday plus what I eat outside then I snack a lot. There must always be something to snack on in the car, usually crackers, sometimes I take fruits, 1 apple, 1 banana and some grapes. Sometimes it's bread. Water is also a must.
My estate has a gym and pool which I try to drag myself to, not as regularly as I would like to. I do 5km on the treadmill and 10km of cycling. I do stretches too, very very important. This gym part is a real struggle Sha because man's be naturally lazy grin but I de try, make person no go "slump and die" one day.

Forgot to add... If your car has heated seats, my brother, use it. That thing works wonders for your back. I think you drive a Camry, just try it.
Let’s go… morning drilling.

I just Taya grin reading all this comments and gbas gbos makes me feel like a veteran in this hustle.
I see bunch of lazy drivers with lack of knowledge and understanding of the hustle.
Gone are the days of dragging road & dashboards with pearl1910 & cheerfulgiverr week in week out to net 150k. Wake up early morning surge to island back to airport from island and shuttling island while Barbiturate ikejaman is counting bridge at ikeja city mall ants drivers raking money on island.
I know the hustle is not for everyone and it’s not easy to break even but this donbrowser generation of newbie drivers are not ready to learn and understand the hustle they just pick cars on rentals and two weeks down the line knock it. Plenty Cho Cho Cho and big grammar but little knowledge about the hustle. Yet not ready to learn from elders.
The same weekly target of 150k net of bubu baba go slow regime is the same weekly net of XGhost in this T pain regime abeg how e wan add uphuh
October-Ember month target of 1M that sent cheerful and his car to psychiatric is the same month drivers are complaining. Monthly Target should be 3M by now.
But no motivation anywhere in Nigeria, everybody just complaining

What I meant is this: youd have to put in more hours that's:

10k fuel=10k net very easy to make

But if he wan take home like 30k profit he will have to net at least 60k that implies more hours and 30k fuel at least
Time and usage of car can never be the same. Before bala blu, I close around 5 or 6. Now, that 5 or 6 is when I refresh to find money for fuel. Time and usage of car can never be the same, if you intend to make regular net from the usual.

At least I have been contemplating regarding this issue.. most people here think I have been equivocating.. since you have decided to lend your voice out.. let see if there will be any positive outcome..

Someone suggested Benin bolt drivers should send multiple mails to bolt, to inform them about the increased of fuel , so that they we be able to adjust the price on the app. that's a nice option sha. But the increase in fuel price is not a current news.

Someone also replied that it's becus of Lagos state purchasing power. Meaning other states bolt passengers ain't capable of paying 6000 naira for 20-25mins bolt fare. Can you imagine, why the stereotype attitudehuh

Yes there is no need for you to throw up Oga. Maintenance is one of the major issue in African not only in Nigeria..

I also mention how during the car parts imports days. That the amount of car engines that are imported into the country.. Why so many auto engine for the giant of Africa.. I stated that even if you import containers dull of engine only you go sell am before the container arrives.. So you didn't read about that or are you only into selective reading ?

The amount of orders I get for car parts sometimes are easily preventive . A customer request for transmission fluid for his Rx350.

The customer stated that the wrong fluid was put in the transmission and the car his not running smooth . So.now he wants to get the original ATF WS . The story long .......

Even in the United States mechanics dey use person chop money. But the difference is that they no go over do am like naija. And I barely go to the mechanic because I do Preventive maintenance on the car.......

Bro no need to throw up na to wise up for this T pain economy we dey
Bros I am not being selective in readying. I am just stating my obvious. The only way we can be sure of getting good oil is by importing right? Mad! And you wonder why naira is weak. If it’s not thro you, then what’s the probability it’s a good oil? Regardless of the cost. Nah the same country we dey, quality of everything drop. Did you eat Okin biscuit? I remember while growing and we play with our parents wrist watches and footwears and they will tell us how it was given to them by their parents. What do you really think this generation can pass to their children?

Today, we are using bad fuel to run our cars, even Dangote confirm it. Nah we go still import em? Do you think it is only oil that make all the components of cars to function proper? You said Africans are importing engines? How many are they manufacturing? Where whites go pick as dump sites?

I am not saying one should not maintain his or her car, but the factors we are fighting is far from maintenance. No matter how careful you try to be, the odds will always try to weigh you out. You once run ehailling, I guess you chickened out for a reason. If you’re that perfect when it come to maintenance, chickened out won’t have been the case.

Yes they are selling well. Penny Wise and Pound foolish . And the real winners 🏆 are the mechanics that are smiling to the Bank 😜. Mechanics are busier than ever ...

I also use to import car parts from Japan in the early 2005 . If you see the amount of car engines that are been imported into Nigeria. You than ask yourself what is going on .. you can load 40ft container just with engine alone.. before the container reaches Lagos at least 50% of those engines are already sold. It shows that car owners still can't maintain their engine..

In saner country , were cost of labor is very expensive .. we take care of our engines , it might cost us more . But in the long run we save More. And people that can't afford to maintain a car shouldn't be driving at all. You are throwing money down the drain.

You see these T pain economy that we are in now .. Ordinary naija Mobil 1 that was going for 25k to now 71k . It will reach 100k soon and those so cheap oil you mention will now become out of reach for the common man .. And na Palm oil people go dey use . And maybe I might bring in super tech lol ..

Whatever goes up in Nigeria rarely comes down. Na to fold my arms dey watch. That is when I go flood the market with Super tech .

By the time all engines are breaking down up and down. Car owners will either buy better oil or drop the cars enter bike . Dey play. Make I bring super tech now ba dey play. Don't worry na go call me first day u need Super tech. Time never reach yet
Bros this your write up make me want to throw up. I honestly don’t like when one review put another day. We keep going in cycle from one oil is the best today and tomorrow we come up with another. We are living in a zombie world, our mindset is really the problem, if you understand what I mean. Needlessly throwing insults at your people and how they can’t maintain can. Africa problems go beyond cars, from medication to drinks. While developed countries are dying of poisonous foods that are not good for their body, we have our own problems too.

Saying mechanics are the ones enjoying is an illusion. Maybe you should take a walk around most workshop and see the new mats they bought. Economy be beating everyone. If things are not done or change, people will park their cars. Cost of fake parts are killing around. How much more original ones. They just add 7k to what it used to get 50L and the price on the app is still the same or worst. Much to say, but menh I need to put my tots on another matter now.
